Excellent product at a low price
A young friend gave me one of these as a Christmas gift. I use it while I am sitting at my PC. It works wonders getting rid of a crick in the neck. The price is low, and it is well worth spending money for one. I would rate it as a Best Buy and highly recommended.

Does not massage, but rather vibrates
The quality in material is there, but the main downfall, and cause for return of ours, is that it does not massage, it vibrates. It does a poor job of that too! Fix that and it may be worth it.
