We have been using our summer infant gate for about a month now. So far we have been very pleased with it. It has held up to our 14-month old toddler pushing & pulling on it. Beautiful and sturdy
Wow. This gate is beautiful - a nice change from many of the plastic baby gates - and very sturdy. Trey can pull himself up on it, headbutt it, etc., and it doesn't budge. I just wish it were a little taller, so I didn't have to lean over so much to release the gate.

The only gate that I found that could cover the span of our kitchen opening. However, the distance between bars is a bit too wide and my puppy could squeeze right through. Now that he's a bit bigger there's no problem.

Poor Quality for the Price
We bought two of these gates and has them both installed. We opened the door twice and the plastic piece that covered one of the hinge points broke off. We went over to investigate the other one that we didn't try yet and the same piece was already cracked. For $75, we expected much better quality.
