It's really amaizing. The quality as a book wich is increase ( in page quality , in colour illustration etc.) The thing I appreciate most is the fact in wich you have the entire cycle of the medicine into and describe in a master form that I've finded only in "Harrison". The other things you make not is that the book consider you an idiot and in his end makes you a genius...a miracle isn't ...

Rocks, Rocks, Everywhere!
"The Magic School Bus: Inside the Earth" immediately picks up where its predecessor, "At the Waterworks", left off. At the end of each book, Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen provide a subtle clue as to the nature and content of their next collaboration - a sly wink to those of us who catch such details. "At the Waterworks" concludes with Ms. Frizzle looking at a map of a volcano, which tells us the ...

Take Step 2 Early and Use This Book
This is the only book you need for to crush Step 2. Packed with great facts. I read this book twice and did the usmleworld question bank and my score was nearly perfect. Take Step 2 early because residency programs are much, much more interested in your score than before. I saw my score circled and starred on several interviewers sheets. My friend is going into surgery and took his exam ...

The best book EVER on hypthyroidism
I've read every book I could get my hands on about thyroid disorders. This is the best one I've found. This MD has the answer to thyroid problems. I also appreciate how he writes about the weird symptoms you can have that no one else has explained. Myxedema is one. If you are hypothyroid you probably have what looks like cellulite all over your body. It is a form of edema that will go ...

An Excellent Adventure
I had an eight-year old girl that I tutor in reading comprehension read this book, and she loved it. This book is an interesting guide on how a child would go about digging a hole to the other side of the world. I remember as a child tryng to dig a hole to the other side of the world. It made me wish that I had read this book as a child. It would have sent my imagination reeling. This book ...

, 2008
Many financial institutions around the world must prove minimum compliance to the Basel II Accord by 2015. For several banks, implementing internal risk rating systems (IRRS) is simply Basel II compliance. However, when carried out with a proper focus on bottom-line growth, this regulation has been shown to enhance a bank's risk-management practices and competitiveness in the market. Basel II Implementation is an invaluable guide that puts a ...

Must have for a good complete verterinarian
If you can only have one Internal Medicine book in your library this is it. Very little not found in this book...Authors have made a great effort to be complete and it is well edited. All other Internal Medicine books are superficial, but if you want to know the theory, current treatment/diagnosis, and current research possibilities buy this...it is great!

still a classic, but where is a 3rd edition?
Sadly there will be no 3rd edition by Taylor. He died in 1996, at the age of 102. These volumes remain classics. Written by a person whose life spanned most of the development of the internal combustion engine, and who worked for the Wright brothers. The book gives an excellent education in the basic physics of the engine. Nor does the book confine itself to a strict 4 stroke engine. It also ...
