Excellent way to learn this technique-- and it WORKS!
This book is well organized and gives a good introduction to the background and philosophy of Chinese medicine if you are interested. The photos are clear and easy to follow. The large format of the book helps beginners to learn. I used some of the techniques for headaches and it worked-- no aspirin necessary.
