Lucky to get this great book
I bought this book for use as a textbook that I needed for college. I had been told by the college bookstore that it was out of print, lucky me to have found it at such a great price. This book is along the lines of Leopold. The reader becomes emerged in the life of a naturalist and begins to recognize the unnoticed.

Should have ordered sooner
I should have ordered this book sooner. It gives great ideas on how to keep a nature journal with scetches and notes. I have been keeping a journal for years and this book sent me in a different direction that I am really enjoying.
