Excellent book to get you up and running with DNS Server
This book is straightforward yet concise. I had no experience whatsoever with DNS before purchasing this book and now have all my DNS servers up and running with no problems. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who needs to set up a DNS Server on NT fast and effictively.

O'REILLY does it again! Great DNS Book!
We needed to set up a Windows DNS server for our network, and all of my experience was with UNIX and BIND. This book has it all! What DNS is, how to plan your DNS structure, install a DNS server on Windows 2000, add forward/reverse zones, add additional DNS servers, and Active Directory integration! I highly recomend this book to anyone who needs to set up a DNS server on a windows 2000 server!

Updates are always good.
I was already fimilar with DNS from the first issues of this book. But this new issue does cover Microsoft DNS which I believe is excellent. More ISP and System Admins nowadays are reliaing on MS DNS because it comes free with Microsoft Servers, high performance, it has a text based like Unix DNS, it is easy to maintain and the big reason is that it's easy to pass on the DNS ...

Realmente excelente !!!!
Creo que es un excelente recurso para quien tiene que administrar redes. El hecho de tener en un solo CD Sendmail, DNS,TCP/IP, Firewall y Security es invaluable a la hora de consultar y solucionar problemas. Si bien prefiero a la hora de leer con tranquilidad el libro en papel, en el momento de buscar soluciones en el trabajo, el CD ha probado ser una gran ayuda.

Great Resource
This book is a good in-depth resource for anyone who wants a very comprehensive understanding of DNS hosting and troubleshooting. You can use it as a reference, reading sections as you need them, or read it cover to cover. I've opted for the former and am about half-way through. So, far I've read about things I've never been able to find good information for on the web. Keep up the good work!
