terrific review book
This book has been a terrific review of algebra. I did very well in math in high school and college, but since that was almost 10 years ago, I need a quick review. The authors have created a manual that is detailed enough to provide thorough explanations yet succinct enough to allow a quick trip through the book. The writing is straighforward, adding to the ease of study. Highly recommended.

I've been studying for the middle school Praxis for about 3 months now. I took it in Aug. and failed. Recently I have purchased the REA book, but I can see now that it's VERY outdated. The New Cliff's prep is extremely helpful. If you don't already own one, I would recommend purchasing a graphing calculator. Good study guide...
I just completed the mathematics PraxisII exam and found the exam to be very straightforward and almost pathetically easy. Everything you need to know for the exam is covered in this study guide (and then some). The actual exam is slightly harder than the practice tests given in the study guide, but not drastically harder (as some reviewers here have suggested). The particular test I took had a ...
