A great next-step!
At a loss for where to turn after my four year old finished "Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons," (Engelmann) and its suggested reading list, this book allowed me to further guide my son in his love of reading. I found it easy to use. My son found it both challenging and rewarding.

Riveting, this book had me rivited to my chair!

From the title and just a basic search of Amazon, I thought this would be a good beginning for my son. We won't be using it for about a year though. This book uses the same style as the author's How to Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons. Yet this storybook begins with Story 91, which may be where the 100 Easy Lessons left off.
