Where was the editor?
To give the book credit, this books walks through many different mathematics methods in great detail. There are several example activities, too. So, the book is a good resource. However, this book is riddled with typos to the point of distraction! Also, the book refers the reader to a CD over and over again. However, the book did not come with a CD nor did anyone in my class receive a CD with ...
