My Favorite auther
I love, love, love Harlen Coben's books/writing. The Myron series is just the best and I look forward to him returning them to paper. You won't be disappointed in this, or the other reads. From the first paragraph to the last, it is a page turner. And the humor that comes from Myron and his co-stars is just icing on the cake.

Harlan Coben is Magic
Harlan Coben has done it again. This book grabbed me on page one, and didn't let up. Like his other books, Hold Tight tackles a universal issue through a character the reader can readily relate to. When Mike's son disappears, we experience his terror and regrets first hand; and fully empathize when he and his wife grapple with guilt over invading their son's privacy for his own protection. An ...

Great Listen!
We are very fond of Harlen Coben books so when I found this one in audio format I jumped at it. It did not disappoint. The story kept us entertained from Sacramento CA to Portland Or. We both love golf and this has its setting in the world of professional golf. Lots of characters and a surprising plot twist at the end. We would recommend it highly.

excellent thriller
This is my first book by this author, and I enjoyed it very much. It's the story of Will Klein, a social worker in Manhattan whose life changed 11 years ago when his brother was accused of killing Will's ex-girlfriend. The story begins when Will's mother, dying of cancer, tells him that his brother (who's been missing and presumed dead for those 11 years), is alive. Shortly afterward, Will's ...

A strong story about being a father
This is a funny, emotional, and compelling book. I love all Myron Bolitar books because they are great stories that are flat out fun. This one adds the story of Myron being a father and what that means. Excellent!

Suspenseful
I couldn't put it down. And although the ending is a little of a stretch and the characterization of "Jack Lawson" somewhat thin, I found the creation of Grace Lawson and the evil Eric Wu to be memorable and excellent. Cram is interesting, too. Well done!

A good mystery read, plus the Myron Bolitar adds some humor. A good flowing story.

This anthology of 19 truly great mystery stories is presented by the Mystery Writers of America (a fine association of not only authors, but readers too!) is edited by Harlan Coben. It is as perfect as an anthology can be. Each of the nineteen stories is from an established writer. Most have won or been repeatedly nominated for various awards. Simple Plot with Complex Twists
Harlan Coben has yet to disappoint me. The Innocent is really not an overly complex plot, yet at the same time it offered depth that really kept me interested. The characters have complex personalities and the plot twists, as with all of Coben's books that I've read, continue to surprise the reader.

No Disappointments
This is the second of Coben's novels that I've read. So far he's batting 100. His writing style is quite descriptive but nonetheless, very easy to read and his plot twists continue to the very end. I'm looking forward to reading more of his work.

Another adventure with Myron Bolitar's irreverent wit...
I've been on a bit of a recreational reading kick lately... probably trying to escape the stress of the economy. Anyway, my number finally came up at the library for the latest Myron Bolitar novel by Harlan Coben... Fade Away. It's been awhile since I've had the pleasure of reading Bolitar's irreverent dialog and his interaction with his partner Win Lockwood. And as always, it's a treat. ...
