Pictures are great!
The pictures on the cards are great! I thought they would be bigger, but they are great for teaching the alphabet. Wouldn't want to place them too high from the kids or too far away.

This is a great book with some great ideas
This book has a lot of good work sheets and ideas for home schoolers. May also be good for home use with children who need extra work at home on trouble areas. This is one of the best I have found to supplement other text books. It is also great for planning.

For instance, one page may discuss Germany, while another discusses the St. Louis Zoo, while another discusses British Columbia. So, even though the handouts are for learning grammar, the ...

Physical Science

There are a lot of physical science experiment books out there, but this one is my favorite, for a number of reasons: * It has some of the most clear and concise summations I've seen of the principles of physics, chemistry and technology preceding each third of the book, under "fascinating facts for teachers" * Very reader-friendly presentation: large font, well laid out, good graphics - makes ...
