The value of this book is Wheelen's methods of taking all the parts of a business and integrating them into a workable whole--the physical tool to enable such a transformation is the strategic business plan. THe decsription was accurate about the book as I found it to be in the manner described. Overall it was a nice buy but there was a little delay in the shipping and delivery.

Very useful, even after graduate school.
This was the book I used in my graduate consulting school in Arthur D. Little which was probably the most read of all my books, up to this time. I still used it as my reference now that I'm back here in Manila as a Financial executive and adopted it as my class textbook in my Strategic Management class.
