From Fatigued to Fantastic!: A Manual for Moving Beyond Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia50 reviews
Jacob Teitelbaum MD

Dr. Teitelbaum is a genuis!
This is the best book I have ever read about Chronic Fatigue. There is so much useful information, and step-by-step directions to heal yourself. He talks about which supplements and/or prescriptions are helpful, and the recommended doses. He also provides free information on his website, including some great lectures.

Three Steps to Happiness! Healing Through Joy
Jacob E Teitelbaum

Deva Pr, 2003

Happiness is our natural state of being. It is who we are. This happiness is obvious when you look at little children before they take on society?s beliefs. Pain Free 1-2-315 reviews
Jacob Teitelbaum

McGraw-Hill, 2005

WOW
I would recommend this book to any one who has pain. Their are ideas that I have found nowhere else. This Doctor believes the body can not heal if it doesn't have what it needs to do so. If the cell lacks energy, how can the body heal? I have purchased this book for several people. Pain is a complex problem. This book has answers.

From Fatigued to Fantastic!: A Manual for Moving Beyond Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia1 review
Jacob Teitelbaum

Mateel Press, 1996

a must have for those with fms or cfs
An easy read for those who suffer from fibro fog. The author, a male doctor, suffered from the illness and eventually got well. Offers practical ways to get better. Mentions both mainstream drugs, alternative medicine, and diet recommendations. One of, if not the best books I have read on the subject. Great book for busy doctors to read.

Thank you Dr Teitelbaum. The definative work on CFS
Thank you, thank you, Dr Teitelbaum. Here is THE definative work on M.E. CFS & Fibromyalgia. I have been a sufferer for a great many years and am now well enough to help others in my neuro-therapy clinic. If there is a single book I reach for most often it is this one. The updated 2007 version is outstanding. Thorough, broad ranging, expert, clinically tested treatments that cover the board ...
