Wonderful story with lots of facts
This book is my son's favorite. After checking it out over and over from the library we bought it. We read it every night. This tale of a dinosaur and how his body becomes fossils is wonderfully written. This book has lots of great information, but with a cute story!

So entertaining he doesn't know he's learning
We checked this book out at the library and my 3-1/2 year old loves this book almost as much as I do. It is a wonderful text that teaches how the sun moves across the sky, how shadows change, and how the earth orbits the sun. Well written with cute little conversation bits for fun. This book is comprehensive and includes even the "sticky" information you may not want to talk about, but should. I used this with my son the summer before he entered middle school. I wanted him to have the knowledge from me, before he learned incorrect info from someone else.
