Great Story
I had my doubts about a story set outside of the main events in the Star Wars universe. After reading the first volume of Ostrander and Duursema's Legacy I was hooked: there's a solid continuity to the story and the characters (and story arcs) keep developing. My 10 y.o. son likes it so much, that he's now keeping track of every volume release. It's that good.

Beautiful artistry, good stories, a fantastic collection!
From the moment I saw the cover art I knew this was going to be good, and upon cracking open the pages I was not disappointed! Cover art: Front: Well, you can see this for yourself, but it's a lovely still of Ten (as portrayed by David Tennant) and Martha standing in the whispering gallery. Wonderfully detailed and watercolor-esque, with the nu-Who logo and "THROUGH TIME AND SPACE" at the ...

Excellent Story and Artwork
Excellent story line and fantastic art. Really captures the original excitement of the Star Wars legacy. This whole series will keep you entertained and the artwork is done by a host of artists, but all under the direction of Jan Duursema, who also did Darth Maul. Greatly detailed and captures all the action with many twist and turns. This is a good buy. Battle Cruiser: ...

Meanwhile, across the galaxy, a chance for peace erupts into a three-way battle between the Jedi, the Sith, and ...

the story is better than Twilight, but the binding is worse
Another outstanding graphic novel by John Ostrander. Again, the theme is Quinlan Vos and his Padawan, Aayla Secura. As with Twilight, which introduced Vos, an excellent story of how he tries to remember himself and regain control after his memory was wiped by a drug called Glitteryll (I believe it's a form of Spice). Vos is dispatched by the Jedi Council to Kiffex, a prison world near Kiffu, ...

Jump from 5 to 7? Here's why
This is another great job done by the Legacy people. Unfortunately, there is a break between Volume 5 and Volume 7. Do yourself a favor and read Star Wars Vector Volume 2 (specifically Chapters 3 & 4) before picking this volume up. The reason is that you'll miss out on a very important aspect of the story. Why the creators decided to throw fans a curveball, I'm not sure. I had to do some ...

You can never have too much Fett
The bounty hunts of the famous Mandalorian continue! In this anthology of sorts, four stories are combined to show Fett's hunts in different eras. "Sacrifice": Fett is sent to retrieve rebel, Yolan Bren on Solem for the Imperial Governor. But Governor Malvander finds out what happens to those who try to underpay Fett. There is some pretty nice art (not the best in the world, of course), and ...

KOLCHAK LIVES ON THANKS TO MOONSTONE!
When Kolchak: The Nightstalker premiered in 1974, I was firmly convinced it was the greatest show ever. Unfortunately not enough people thought the same way I did and the show lasted a single season...just 20 episodes in all. Despite that, the show has continued to have a strong cult following and re-runs were still turning up on the Sci-Fi channel just a couple of years ago. ABC even did a ...

X-Men: The Complete Onslaught Epic, Book 3
Since "Age of Apocalypse" no Marvel story had a comparable impact not only the X-verse, but the complete canon. Book 3 collects stories from "Thor", "Cable", "Wolverine", "X-Man", "Hulk", "The Avengers" and "X-Men", all leading to one cataclysmic climax, after which nothing would be the same.

Extremely Good!!!
This comic- excuse me, 'graphic novel' is part of one of my favorite series. The artwork is OK, but some of the characters look a little odd at certain angles. However, the slight flaws in the art disappear form your mind as you get wrapped up in the plot and the new characters- Durge (he's really cool, even though he's really evil) and Asajj Ventress (who isn't technically new because she ...

Exceptionally good
I've been pretty majorly disappointed with the entire line of Clone Wars tie-ins. For such a major event in the Star Wars chronology, one would think that it would yield a great storyline. Instead, we've been feasted to yawn-inducing new characters and a majority of storylines only marginally featuring the main characters. This volume of the graphic novels is the exception to that rule. Instead ...

Great New Chapter For Legacy!
In this book, Cade Skywalker, on the run from the Sith, travels to his uncle's home for safety. While there, he discovers someone has been tracking him... With my brief synopsis out of the way, I would just like to say this is a great new chapter to a great new series. I enjoyed meeting some of Cade's family. I give this book a five-star review!

Well worth it
Well worth the price. The book is well put together, great art work and a good story. I'm happy I got it and I'll be getting the next one in a few weeks when it comes out.

Stand Back Agatha Christie!
I'll admit it. I wasn't a huge fan of Legacy #1. Cade Skywalker was, well, underwhelming, but for whatever reason, I recently bought Legacy #2. After reading #2, I went out and snatched up #3 and #4. I found #3 was exciting and, truth be told, I fancy myself a guy who can sort of see a twist coming... but the first twist sent me reeling. (I won't ruin it for you.) The second twist, on the very ...

What's not to like?
Another great Clone Wars graphic novel. Only this time, it's starring Quinlan Vos. Lot's of Clone Wars action, but this book is good for other reasons besides the plot. I may have forgotten to mention in my other reviews of TPB's, so I'll say it here. EXCELLENT ART! Nice explosions, battles, and the characters all look like their movie counterparts. That goes for every Clone Wars graphic novel. ...
