This book was excellent: highly educational. The program seems user friendly, achievable and long-term. Part of the program includes avoiding white bread and rice later on, however, depending on your personal needs, it may not be totally necessary. (don't think I could give up french bread for the rest of my days).

I like it.
Worth every penny. This isn't a diet book so much as it is a book about how food affects your brain, and what you can do to get the results you want. While the information is fantastic the writting could be better. If you are looking for a "just the facts" presentation of the information, see the website. The book is couched in very friendly, over explained, language, that wanders around to ...
