I really like this book. Well, I'm a big fan of Yugioh, so duh! This is the book in which we first see the Duel Monsters cards and meet the young CEO (though at the time we don't know he is one) Seto Kaiba and the mysterious Shadi. Beware though, Seto, who usually looks all hot and sexy, doesn't look too spectacular. I'm not sure why, but some of the images of him look rather awkward, ...

What this is about
This is a great graphic novel. I love the manga a million times more than the show because its darker and more violent. Unlike the show, the manga concentrates more on Dark Yugi struggling with his host to conquer all villains rather than the ties of friendship. I would recommend this graphic novel to you all, but it's in Japanese. To read these chapters in English buy the Shonen Jump issues: ...

This has the start of the conclusion of Battle city. Yami Marik's face becomes more distorted than ever. The story between the Ishtars is so compelling...but it's in Japanese. I would suggest buying 31 with this one, to avoid cliffhangers and see BC's nice ending. (Marik's lovability becomes really high in 31)
