Great book for the weekend rider to the begining roadracer, easy reading, and easy to relate to. I enjoyed reading a chapter or subject topic, then going out and applying what I learned to my riding technique. This book covers things you should be thinking of while riding and makes you think about what you already do but, don't know why.

Usefull
This product is usefull for beginners, however, the same concepts IMO can be learned from reading the book, a Twist of the wrist. I sat through and watched the DVD for the full length, I am not sure if i picked up anything by watching a graphic version of the book, which is basically what this is.

Read the book, watched the movie then even took a school. I was a club racer and I rode track very often, after reading the book, I cut over 16 second off of my lap times and the best part is, I did it without crashing.
