Excellent first Bible for toddlers
My husband bought this book for our son when he was 21 months old and we have been reading it to him every night since. The format is easy to read and the stories easy to explain to very young children. We are amazed at how much he has learned from this simple book! He can simply look at the pictures and practically tell us the entire Bible story (he is now almost three). I plan on buying ...

Great Tool for Parents
I found this book to be a great parental tool. It is age appropriate sex education from a Christian perspective. It was an excellent resource.

My 3-year-old LOVES this Bible!
I disagree with the reviewer that was disappointed with this Bible. My son, who is 3 1/2, LOVES this Bible. We have read through it several times by now and after each story, I ask him the comprehension question. It is amazing to me how quickly these Biblical truths have sunk in to his little brain (and heart!). I highly recommend this Bible to anyone who has a toddler or young child.

This is the best children's Bible on the market!
We are very impressed with the pictures, text, and brief discussion ideas at the end of each story. The accounts of the Bible stories are Biblically correct. Toddlers show great interest in the book and often select it for their own independent browsing. Many of the popular children's Bible songs are portrayed in the pictures. This is an inpirational, educational, and fun book!

A book from my childhood, now for my children
My children (3 & 4 years old) are getting excited right now that Amazon.com has a picture of this book, if that tells you how much they love it. This book contains 26 lessons, one for each letter of the alphabet. Each begins with a rhyme ("Z is for Zebra, Zebu, or Zoo. God made all the creatures, and He made you, too.") Next is a discussion of the highlighted virtue, and questions to ask your ...

great book
Used an original of this book with my children and found it very good. So good that I am now buying for my grandchild. Like the edition with realistic pictures so much more than the one with cartoon like figures.

Easy explaination on hard to concieve concepts about God
My two boys, (three and five years old) love this book and request it to be read to them! I was enlightened on how the author made concepts about God easy to for young children to grasp and enjoy. This is also a great book to keep on hand for when hard to answer questions come up about God, and the purpose of Jesus. Highly reccomend it to everyone!

Great Nighttime Devotional for Preschoolers
This is my most favorite christian childrens book! It is written just for their level about struggles that all preschoolers can relate to. Each page has a bible verse, a prayer and a story about other children who are doing something they shouldn't. It teaches things such as; sharing, taking turns, treating animals kindly, etc, etc. Then there are 4 questions that ask the child questions about ...

A must-have in our household
This book is a great tool to introduce biblical character training to young children. Ken Taylor addresses character issues such as honesty, politeness, and kindness to animals in a very kid-friendly way. There is a picture, story, prayer, and Bible verse to go along with each theme, and some questions to discuss with your child. The illustrations are cute and the book as a whole is a big ...

La Biblia en Cuadros para Niņos, a must have book for kids
When I was little girl, one of the first books that I started reading was this book. This book includes stories from the Old and New Testament and it is explained using simple sentences and beautiful illustrations. At the end of each story it has questions so the child could test him or herself reading comprehension. I lost this book. Now that I have a child of my own one of the first things ...
