This is the best book out there as far as how questions are written. I threw out a Mosby book before this one; it was terrible. I did 5,000 questions total to pratice for boards, using Saunders Comprehensive Review and this book and passed my boards in 75 questions on the first try. This is a great review book. I really like how the book separates the subjects and has test questions as the end of each chapter. The CD is also easy to use. I would recommend this book for anyone preparing for the nclex exam.

GREAT!!!
Excellent source for NCLEX review!! Contains thousands of questions encompassing every area. The CD, which comes with the text, is awesome if you're the type of person who likes to study using the computer. Only drawback is the questions in the book are not divided by clinical area. However, the CD does nicely classify clinical areas for study and testing. Overall, this book is worth every penny!

Never Received!!!!
I ordered the N-CLEX Review notecards on April 18th, 2008 and it is now May 19th, 2008 and I have still not received them!! I have called the USPS and looked on Amazon at the tracking and it seems they are just bouncing around! Great Review Book
This is a great review book for the LPN exam. The format is very easy to use, and I love the fact that you do not have to search through the book, or flip to the back to find the answers and rationals as they are on the same page as the question. The information is up-to-date, and the rationals are informative and helpful.
