I picked this up at a book sale and it has become a favorite. The instructions are easy to read and follow. With the exception of the rice dishes, everything I have tried has met or exceeded expectations. The salsas are VERY good and have pleased many a guest. I had difficulty reading the ingredients when standing and the book is placed on the kitchen table. I purchased the older edition instead. It has a larger font and the price was much cheaper.
