My six-year-old daughter loves this workbook. I think it is because it started out with questions about things OTHER than divorce, like "list three things that make you happy," and "draw a picture of you doing something you love." Great book from the title down on.
I remember reading this book to my daughter when she was just five. She was confused and unsettled. There is no better way to explain her that what is happening is normal, and not her fault at all. She felt special (what a great title!) She mentioned the book to her therapist, and she moved from there on with great positivity. I strongly recommend this book to the parent of a 4-5 year old ...

What a scam
This is a total waste of money. The recording is poorly done, and very unprofessional. My guess is that this guy saw a way to make some cash, and recorded it on his home computer. His script is very repetitive and monotonous. It is of absolutely no use to anyone. There are no "tools" to use, just a constant stream of him saying "Be calm...." over and over and over.
