Excellent! Should be required reading for EVERYONE
I wish Neal Boortz would run for President. I had no idea that I was a Libertarian before this book. It explains why I haven't been happy with either major political party! Neal also provides a swift kick in the pants regarding my "I'm too busy for politics" excuses for not being informed or involved. Since reading this book I have made myself a more informed citizen and gotten involved in my ...

A great read..
Finally, a book worth reading. Neal Boortz says exactly what needs to be said, and in a very forthright and simple way. This should be required reading for all citizens of voting age. Looking forward to the next one by Neal.

A great book!
Short and to the point. Boortz as usual has pragmatic, common sense ideas and tells it like it is. He hits the nail on the head as far as the connection between liberals basing their ideas on feelings and emotions rather than stats and logic. Not to say there isn't a segment of conservatives that are exactly like this also, however liberals are more likely to display this. Hardcore liberals and ...

Must Read
If you have not read this book, or are not aware of the FairTax, this is a must purchase. Mr Boortz, & Mr Linder take something as inane, and droll as our tax system, and offer a solution to fix it. This is it folks, the new revolution for our country. Do what I did, read the book, and become an advocate. Sick and tired of being hosed by the government? Angry at all the bailouts and stimulus ...

LIberals throw the word fascist around too much!
Acording to dictionary.com fascist means: A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, stringent socioeconomic controls, suppression of the opposition through terror and censorship, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism. Somehow I don't think Boortz fits that mold. Read the book instead of imposing your "views of what you think ...

The new tax paradigm?
Finally, an easy-to-understand tax policy that can be managed without the onerous, confiscatory arm of the IRS looming. Transparent and free of corporate loop holes how refreshing.

In 2005, firebrand radio talk show host Neal Boortz and Georgia congressman John Linder created The FairTax Book , presenting the American public with a bold new plan designed to eliminate federal taxes and the IRS, jump-start the U.S. economy, bring back lost industries and jobs, and recapture billions of untaxed dollars currently hoarded by criminal and offshore businesses. Their book became an immediate #1 New York Times bestseller, ...
