Love this book!
I have read earlier books by Pearson--they were good, but this book is spectacular. As a classroom teacher, I appreciate the supplements that come with the book. My students responded very well to the first six chapters and to the public speaking chapters.

Easy to comprehend and useful subject matter
I have read most of this book for my Interpersonal Communication class that Dr. Nelson teaches. It is the best text book that i've read to date. Great examples of the different types of commucation makes this book actually helpful in real world communication.
