Actually, what is a symbol?
This book is a magnificent recompilation of studies of René Guénon about symbolism, accomplished with extreme dedication by his follower Michel Vâlsan, published originally in 1962, by Gallimard, in France. - But, actually, what is a symbol? - According to the tradition, the symbols make the intermediation between the spiritual world and the manifested world, where we are at present. It ...

GIVE ME THE SEQUEL FAST!!!!!!
This is a great book for teens and young adults. It's hip and with the programme and talks about stuff that teens and young adults talk about and deal with on a daily basis. Things like curfew, sex, virginity, going steady, dealing with parents - it's all here. There's no preaching down or preaching at - just real talk. I'm a mother and I enjoyed the book. It also gave me MORE insight into what ...

Golden Spirit
In book 3 of the Carmen Brown series we're faced with bullies, gossip, self esteem and how it affects others. One of the more popular girls in school is harassed on a daily basis by another girl. Words sometimes are just as vicious as someone's words. Out of the series this is by far the one I really connected with. It's not good to hurt people no matter how you may think someone `acts' ...

Life Changing
When I got the 1st book of the Payton Skky Series(was a gift!) I didn't read it right away, but when I did I was truly blessed and had to read them all! A lot of the choices Payton made were poor ones that could have easily been stopped if she used her head, for instance, telling Tad the truth about her date with Dakari to the prom. Tad truly had to have been sent from God because everytime she ...

Relations
In Equally Yoked, I learned that you have to be 'equally yoked' in all things that you do. You just don't have to be 'equally yoked' in Christ, but in all of your relationships as well. Reviewed by: Lauren OOSA's teen reviewer

A Must Read
This was the first book i have read from this author. I highly recommend "Chasing Faith" to all who might enjoy a good christian fiction mystery/love story. The characters were believeable in conveying the struggles of a person growing in the Lord. Well done.

Happy with Happy Princess
Our daughter is 10 and has read the completed Carmen Browne series. I highly recommend them for multiple reason (a) our daughter never wanted to stop reading once she started a book (b) the life lessons and God honoring choices made in the book and (c) true to life stories being told. I thank God for this series, praying that more are written to the pre-teen child.

Trust
Purity Reigns is about trusting God and prayer. You have to believe God for whatever you need. Mrs. Moore also lets us know that sex is not the way to go. Foster is a very good example of a good Christian. He is always there for Laurel whenever she is in trouble. Purity Reigns is a very good book. It touched my heart and my soul. I hope that Mrs. Moore continues to write more of these ...

A blessing
Once again my son devoured another book in this series. I can't call him a non-reader anymore, because obviously he was just waiting for the right thing to read to come along. I highly recommend this book for teens. They're great reading and without being preachy they deliver a message of faith, hope and encouragement for our young men.

Amazing
This book had many behind the scenes pictures and stories. I really liked Anna Popplewell's (Plays Susan Pevensie) " A NArnia Journal" it is like her diary that she kept during production. this book had a lot of "spolier pictures" kinda. it had costume sketches of edmund, lucy, peter, susan, and the white witch. also a foreword by Andrew Adamson, director. also it had a creature outlook that was ...
