The Most Beautifully Illustrated Music Book Ever
This music book has the most beautiful illustrations. The different views of Mary and Jesus are wonderful. The collection of carols is just right. They are easy to play too. The illustrator pictured the traditional creche a different way in each picture. It had more of an Egyption style to the pictures. I love this music book so much.

Much more then I expected
Its a great book. I thought it would just give me some "creative" hints. But it did a lot more then that, I taught me PhotoShop! I was pretty impressed with the overall lesson.

Concise and precise guide to Photoshop
Photoshop books abound, with 'how to's' through tutorials but this is different. It actually explains all those terms that even the most erudite writer sometimes assumes that we all know. That is not to say that this is a book for absolute beginners though. The ingenous listing style means that like and similar terms are grouped so a reader can expand their knowledge easily. It is also a book to ...

Create Great Website Graphics with this Book!
Web Photoshop books, in general, tend to be dry and - dare I say it - a little dull. But this book was a revelation. By looking at Photoshop's 'real world' strengths first (it's image manipulation prowess) the user is led by the hand through the creative processes that can be unleashed using Photoshop and it's companion ImageReady. The author has a very lucid style and, helped by the ...

A Must for any digital photographer's bookshelf
Digital photography has it's own language and mystique that can be so offputting to many people. Here's a book that explains all those terms in an easy to understand way. Expert cross referencing also makes it possible to relate traditional photographic techniques with digital. For a book so small, I am surprised at the scope. I have used it many times already (and I'd consider myself an ...

Night Time Shots
I found this very helpful. I'm new to digital photography and bought a very versitile camera, the Sony A 100. This book has already helped me and I'm not finished with it. Most of it has, so far, been related to night time photography with little attention to astro photography which I am very interested in doing. I don't regret buying it.

Good Introduction to Digital Photo Manipulation
I was struck by the title of this book. Yet the title is quite apt. In traditional film work, a lot of the magic takes place in the dark room where cropping, dodging and other techniques can be used to create the effects needed. In digital photography these effects are created in the computer by directly manipulating the digital image. ==This book is a introductory level, step by step guide ...
