Serious about QA read this
I have nearly twenty years experience in IT, 12 in OO. this by far and away the most clear, useful and thought provoking work I have ever read on testing. Anyone in the OO world who is serious about testing and has not read this book is a fraud. The sad thing about this book is that those who need to read it probably will not.

Wayne Boring and much more!
Full color Superman stories from Action Comics 248-254 and Superman 121-131, originally printed in 1959 more commonly called the Silver Age of Comics. Wayne Boring, my favorite Superman artist, which is not to diminish any other artist, is represented in eight of the stories. In the old days, before the corporate masters elected to shoot the industry in the foot, most stories were complete in ...

Fun Fun Fun Fun!!!
I own several of the other Showcase Presents featuring more esoteric characters (Phantom Stranger, Jonah Hex, Enemy Ace, Metamorpho) so this is the first "mainstream" DC book I've bought, and I love, love, love it. So much of the Silver Age can be tedious, but each story was so much fun that I could barely set this book down. See the first appearance of Bizarro and Supergirl! Marvel at ...

A good criminal law casebook
This was my casebook for 1st year Criminal Law. It is a good casebook, and does a good job of summarizing the law in addition to a decent job of editing the cases. I would strongly recommend purchasing Understanding Criminal Law by Dressler in addition to this book.

Silver Age Superman Bonanza
Showcase Presents: Superman-Volume 2 is a treasure trove for us guys that grew up in the 60's. It collects stories from ACTION and SUPERMAN comics from November 1959 - April 1961. Artists Wayne Boring, Al Plastino, Kurt Schaffenberger, and Curt Swan (in my opinion Superman's best draftsman) are all featured. These are science fiction and fantasy stories that are optimistic and imaginative. You ...
Literary Criticisms of Law
Guyora Binder
, Robert Weisberg
Princeton University Press
, 2000
In this book, the first to offer a comprehensive examination of the emerging study of law as literature, Guyora Binder and Robert Weisberg show that law is not only a scheme of social order, but also a process of creating meaning, and a crucial dimension of modern culture. They present lawyers as literary innovators, who creatively interpret legal authority, narrate disputed facts and hypothetical fictions, represent persons before the law, move ...
