Creepy Creatures2 reviews
Sneed B. Collard

Topeka Bindery, 1999

The information and pictures are BOTH fascinating!
The subject matter - Nature's most awesome characters - automatically gets the attention of any child or adult. This book gives the natural history of the creatures in a very successful mix of entertainment and education. It's always encouraging to see books produced which make children eager to read, as well as promoting an interest in nature.

Great book, good info, great illustrations!
This book is great for the young and the old. I have learned a lot from it and my daughter will too. This makes a great baby gift that can last a lifetime! My only complaint is that U of M is featured, not MSU (go CATS!).

He told me the story of Shep the loyal sheep dog who's owner had died but Shep faithfully waited each day by the train station in hopes that he would return. The local people in town wanted to take Shep in but he stayed. They fed and took care ...
