A wealth of information!
This book is very user-friendly. Content is placed logically, and the diagnosis, interventions, and outcomes are specific. It also provides nearly all of the interventions for specific dianoses so that none are missed. I love this book!It should be titled "Care Plans Made Easy". It lists all of the NANDA approved nursing diagnoses and what defines them. Right along with the diagnoses, multiple desired outcomes (NOC) are listed along with definitions.
