Loved PJ & Jared
Although this isn't Andersen's latest and greatest, it is a fun story and I found myself enjoying both protag's immensely. Country Star, PJ Morgan is having some management problems. Unfortunately the crooked manager she just fired is also her mother. When bad press and a psycho religious fanatic converge to overwhelm her, her new management decides to take matters into their own hands. ...

A Great Read!
Loved this book! Quite Steamy! It was a quick read, very entertaining. The pages kept turning quickly. There were many thrilling, explicit sex scenes. Loved them! The first of many books I hope to read by Susan Andersen.

Suspenseful and unexpected
I hadn't read any of this author's books before this one so I wasn't sure what to expect.I was thinking it would be a comedy but it's more of a romantic mystery and it worked really well for that. The heroine having to work the honky tonk she hated so much and the ex-Marine hero have a compelling, entertaining relationship.

Enjoyable read.
Okay, so this book did get lots of average ratings. But let's face it, if it were easy to write novels we would all do it. Besides, readers should read a pool of the good, average, bad and ugly. There are lots of good reasons to read this book. Beau is the hunky, macho-cop, who, at first, did not want to guard Juliet because he's a cop wanting some "serious action". When Juliet's life is in real ...

Good light hearted romance
Zach Taylor is the typical overly protective big brother. He just happens to also be a very sexy, and sometimes pig headed marine, with a tender heart lurking beneath. What Zach doesn't expect when he arrives back home after being out of the country is for his baby sister to be missing. What he is faced with instead, is a gorgeous blonde that not only gets him hot and horney, but knows exactly ...

Great Read!
Aunie Franklin is battered, physically, mentally, and emotionally. However, she is not the "typical" rescue-me female seen in some romantic suspense novels. Aunie does not have a history of being abused, and got out straightaway. She is young, intelligent, and capable...and did I forget to mention, beautiful? She has learned that she cannot exist on her looks, which is what her parents and ...

This is an excellent read!
I have to admit, from the cover, I thought this was going to be pretty basic chicklit, but I was pleasantly surprised! I'd never read any Susan Andersen before, and I'm amazed by the depth and style of her writing. This is a romantic suspense in the best traditions of Nora Roberts and Catherine Coulter. While not police-based, it's a gripping story that combines murder, money and love. ...

A MUST READ
I must say that this one is my favourite Susan Andersen book. I started to read Ms Andersen's books with Exposure and I have read all books of her. I can still say that Exposure is the greatest. (Unfortunately starting with Baby series Ms. Andersen changed her style!) The heroine, gorgeous Emma has a cute little three-year- old little girl"Grace" and the hero, small town cop Elvis Aaron has a ...

This is a good one!
I really like Susan Andersen as an author. She writes really great characters and there is always lots of humor. It's a quick read and really enjoyable. I love that the heroine is curvy and sexy. I always hate when the heroine is described as skinny and flat chested. It kind of turns me off to the whole romance. That's just me though. This book was written well, had lots of funny moments, and I ...

Quite Entertaining!
I loved this one. A fast read, I thoroughly enjoyed it. With JFK , Andersen continues the Showgirl series that she started with Skintight. For me, the second in the series outshines the original- not that I didn't like Skintight too! At first, showgirl with a heart of gold Carly can't stand her uptight neighbor Wolfgang Jones. Opposites in many ways they are like fire and water. But chemistry ...

Fabulous
I really enjoyed this book and it could not have come at a better time. Every book I ended up reading lately seemed to be getting worse and worse. Not so with this hot one. I loved Dru. She gave as good as she got and her relationship's with her son and Sophie and Ben and everyone around her were so special poor J.D. did not have a chance. J.D. comes to this small lakeside lodge town because he ...

EXCERPTS Not Short Stories
Sexy Summer Reads This is not an anthology. It's a marketing ploy. In case you skimmed over the brief description of the book, it contains 6 excerpts from longer books. There are just enough pages of each story to intrigue you then it ends abruptly. I feel as if I paid for story but just got the advertising.

Reprint: It is a debut book
I loved this early book of Ms Andersen. I was not disappointed. Amanda and Tristan were opposite characters but made for each other, both were interesting. Amanda was a gorgeous dancer, beautiful and fascinating, Tristan was not the same old hero. I gave it four stars because I like my suspenses fast. I think the story line is a little bit slow paced yet terrific. There were some steriotype ...

Great Characters & Fun Reading
Likeable characters, a breezy style and steamy sex... this book has it all! Jax, a professional poker player, tracks down the gold digger, a Las Vegas dancer, that is his father's young widow. He hopes to retrieve a family heirloom that will bail him out of a jam. That sets the scene for some heavy romancing that seduces both Jax and the dancer, Treena. There's a secondary romance that's ...
