Most Likely to Die
It's about time the women from St. Elizabeth's all girl's school in Portland, Oregon had a class reunion. One person has been waiting for this day for twenty years. Now it's time to take her revenge for a murder committed long ago. Will she succeed in her mission of retribution? Can someone stop her before it's too late? It's a thriller mixed with a little romance. A good read.

All The Way Home27 reviews

Zebra, 2007

Satisfying, Well-Written Horror Novel
This is a wonderful, perfect horror novel written by a very talented author. The book starts off telling about teenage girls in the small town that have mysteriously disappeared ten years ago. Rory, who had been away from home for a while, returns to her home to take care of her 13-year-old sister Molly and aging mother while her brother takes a trip to Europe. Even though it had been 10 years ...

Connecting
Wendy Corsi Staub is my favorite author, and this book definitely reminds me of why! The Lily Dale series is captivating and will keep you on the edge of your seat from front cover to back! I know this is marketed as a Young Adult series, however I must admit that I am 32 and love this series. Book 4 of the series, "Discovering" is expected to come out in 2009 and I can't wait! I highly ...

Lily Dale: Believing10 reviews

Walker Books for Young Readers, 2008

Lily Dale: Believing
Lily Dale: Believing (Lily Dale) This was a good story. It also is about a place that really exists in New York where the residents are clairvoyants, mediums and the like. You can actually visit. I chose this book because I enjoy this author so much. She writes some great suspense stories. If you like Mary Higgins Clark, you will like Wendi Corsi Staub.

Lullaby And Goodnight13 reviews

Wow, couldn't put it down!
I had to pretend I was hard at work and needed privacy just to finish reading this book. It was too good to put down just 10 pages from the end. Talk about gripping. There are a lot of characters and names being slung around, but it's very fast-paced and a page-turner.

Pinnacle, 2002

Great book!
This was my first book by Staub and really got me hooked on the author. The author wrote in present tense, which was different than what I was used to, but have really grown to love. It makes the book so much more exciting and heart pounding. The storyline was believable and the characters were fully developed. I really enjoyed every page. The ending really caught me by surprise, as a great ...

Dying Breath12 reviews

Zebra, 2008

Suspense
As always, Corsi Staub's books keep you on the edge of your seat. You always think you know who did it and you're never right. She keeps a couple of suspenses going in the same book and you're hooked right away. I've never been disappointed in her books.

The Final Victim13 reviews
Wendy Corsi Staub

Zebra, 2006

gothic suspense
"The Final Victim" is the first book I have read by Wendy Corsi Staub. I have been reading Donna Anders' thrillers, and was looking for more reading along the same lines: an exciting thriller written from a female point of view, but not a crossover romance, as I have found many books in this genre to be. "The Final Victim" is a satisfyingly thick, exciting, and suspenseful gothic tale, set in ...

GREAT BOOK!!!
This is the first book I have read by this author. I couldn't put it down! I was riveted till the end and did not figure out who the murderer was until the very end. I will definitely read more by this author in the future. 476 pages and I read it in 3 days! I absolutely recommend this book...don't pass it up!!!

Staub is becoming one of my favorites!
Staub does it again by creating a thrilling, heart-pounding page turner. This book had me captivated from the first page till the very end. A very well written plot and developed characters, Staub has a unique way of grabbing your attention and holding it till the last page is turned. I have enjoyed all her books and have yet been disappointed in any of them. I just purchased All the Way Home and ...

A Thoroughly Modern Princess5 reviews
Wendy Corsi Staub

Avon, 2003

Great Beach Read
Not normally a romance reader, I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Shortly before her arranged wedding to another royal, a princess shares a torrid night with a wealthy American. When she realizes she is pregnant, she leaves her betrothed at the altar and escapes to New York, where her lover has just quit his lucrative job and must try to support them both with no money or job prospects. ...

AWESOME!
This was a well-written book and, as usual, Wendy Corsi Staub does not disappoint! The story-line was well developed, as well as the characters, dialogue and plot. It was an extremely quick read, which contained plenty of mystery and intrigue. I would highly recommend this book to any reader.

Obsession20 reviews

Zebra, 1996

Obsessed?
Wow, skimming reviews I noticed quite a few of my fellow(ess) reviewers seemed quite harsh towards this title. Now I am reviewing the novel, not other reviews, but felt it neccessary to say one thing. It looked like the biggest complaint was this title's lack of originality. Luis Jorges Borges believed everything has been written, and to an extent I agree. It is incrasingly hard for an author to ...

You won't be able to put it down!
This was a great book. It's the first one I've read by this author, but it won't be the last. I picked it up on a whim because the cover copy made reference to Mary Higgins Clark. I enjoyed this book more than hers. I thought the present tense style would bother me, but it really didn't. I think it made it more suspenseful.

Gossip Movie Tie In5 reviews

HarperEntertainment, 2000

Suspenseful and Well Written
When I got this book, I only got it because Joshua Jackson was on the cover, but once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down! It was such a great book. I would have never suspected what happened in the end! It was definitely a page turner. I can't wait to see the movie when it comes out. I wonder what actors will play which parts? I can tell you one thing about the movie, if it's ...
