Best EKG book ever!
I am a physcian assistant who works in family practice, and I absolutely love this EKG book. I found myself borrowing an older edition of the book from a co-worker and always found to be a big help in deciphering EKG abnormalities. I finally decided to buy a copy myself, and I do not regret it!

Another good book for the white coat
I am a medical student and found this book very helpful to rule in and rule out diseases. It is very concise, lists the necessary criteria, diagnostic codes, and specifiers for all the diseases. Good book to keep around.

Every new clinician's dream
The DSM-IV Made Easy is perfect for new clinicians and/or students. It not only indcludes all the information you need from the DSM-IV, but it includes vignettes, and even practice cases at the end of the book. It's a great resource, and much easier to skim through when making a diagnosis choice. I definitely recommend this product!

Very Pleased
This book arrived aerlier than expected which was a huge surprise. It arrived safe and sound in near mint condition. There were some light signs of usage but all the information is readable. It also included a hidden image puzzle as well as a book mark. (I over exaggerate they were left in there but it was still kind of cool.) Long story short, all thumbs up, I got a $200 book for $15 and it ...

Understandable
I am currently using this book in one of my classes and it is packed full of information. For those of you who have a hard time comprehending what medical books are trying to say, this book is packed full of pictures upon how to position the patient and what the radiograph will look like if you properly positioned. The radiographs also have arrows pointing at different parts of the anatomy. I ...

Thought provoking story telling
Whenever reviewing a book, I try to answer the question of expected audience for the book to give a fair review. Figuring out the audience and purpose of a book comes from statements in introductions at times, the title, the subject, and the actual book itself. For this book, I was pulled into myself and my own experiences with doctors, my parents, even my grandparents. Who is this book meant ...

MRI Bible
When I was training at the University of Pennsylvania this book was known as our "Bible". In short, it comprehensivly covers MRI from Atoms to Zipper artifacts. The book can be a little technical at times but unfortunatly, that's MRI for you. It does a great job at explaining the basic concepts of MRI and then building on those ideas to explain the more complex ones (K-Space headaches anyone?). A ...

good stuff for affordable price
Very excited to get this for my kindle, as I work remotely, and lugging around even a pocket DSM can be tedious. Good search options, codes and qualifiers present. Decent table of contents. Only negative so far would be no classifications as page headers. You either need to know it off the top of your head or go search through the classifications.
