The Goldilocks Method
This book is simple to use yet really helps a single person figure things out! I loved it and recommend it to everyone who wants to "zero in" on the right person!

Goldilocks and the Three Hares6 reviews
Heidi Petach

Bt Bound, 2001

Goldilocks meets Dorothy!!
There was a Wizard of Oz reference at the end of this book. Goldilocks spouted lines from the end of the Wizard of Oz (the part where Dorothy returns to her home in Kansas from the Land of Oz), and called Papa Hare ''Uncle Henry,'' Mama Hare ''Auntie Em,'' and Baby Hare ''Toto.'' Also, the mouse children sang ''We're Off to See the Wizard.'' I LOVE this book!

Rolling Along With Goldilocks and the Three Bears4 reviews
Cindy Meyers

Woodbine House, 1999

It's a great Book!
This a familiar story for children with a special twist. Baby bear is in a wheelchair. The story talks about his special equipment and his therapy but still tells the basic story familiar to the children. The pictures are delightful and the words are 'just right'. It is an excellent addition to our Head Start library.

Richly told and beautifully photographed tale

Who Shot Goldilocks?5 reviews

William D. Rutherford, 2006

A must read for all political and business leaders!
Shocking! Mr. Rutherford has done his homework. Who shot Goldilocks? will give you new insight into the internal workings of the Federal Reserve, Mr. Greenspan's seriously flawed decision making techniques and the unbelievable amount of power wielded by so few. In fact, this book will leave you with grave concern for the current economy and longing for answers to a much needed money-system ...

Goldilocks & the Three Bears2 reviews
V. Gorbachev

North-South, 2001

Great for Preschoolers
As a children's librarian, I am often looking for fairy tales written simply for my preschool storytimes. This book meets my needs with large, colorful pictures and simple text. The traditional story is presented although the bears are far from frightening for little children. The bears are the sympathetic characters, especially with their amusement at Goldilock's invasion of their home and ...

The Goldilocks Game2 reviews
Peter Strongbear

Lulu.com, 2007

Goldilocks: the New 'Great Game'
When I first heard about the Goldilocks Game I thought it was just another familiar, run-of-the-mill spy story in the James Bond style with the lead character being both the `Bond girl' and a thinly veiled allusion to the Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova: A bit of fantasy and escapism with a few fairy tale references for good measure? But having taken the plunge to buy the book, I was ...

Goldilocks and the Three Bears: A Tale Moderne3 reviews
Steven Guarnaccia

Harry N. Abrams, 2000

A new spin on an old favorite
I bought this book for a friend of mine who collects 50's Modern furnishings, as a housewarming gift and now I'm back for a copy of my own! It's a must have for anyone who loves Modern design and likes a new twist on tradition. The illustrations are fantastic and very hip. What a great way to turn a child (or adult for that matter) onto Modern design. A definate baby shower gift for me ...

Leola and the honeybears: An African-American retelling of Goldilocks and the Three Bears8 reviews
Melodye Rosales

Scholastic, 2000

Down home story-telling
This book is a wonderful addition to your home library whether you have a youngster or not. My 3-year-old daughter actually received this book as a present from her nana and made her read it about 5 times that same evening. It is a delightful re-telling of Goldilocks and the Three Bears that you don't mind reading over and over again (as most children insist that you do). The southern flavor ...

Goldilocks and the Three Bears: Story in a Box3 reviews
Annabelle James

Straight Edge Press, 2002

It's a book and a toy
My daughter is very energetic and often too antsy to sit still while I read her a story book. She'll start flipping the pages, or pointing at the illustrations, or will simply wander off. She never really pays attention to what I'm reading to her. This book was the perfect solution for her restlessness. Behind the book is a small drawer that holds little play pieces (like the characters and ...

Big Books and Authentic Literature to Supplement ESL Series
This authentic literature is a great addition to this ESL series. This entire series is wonderful. With new migrant students entering my district everyday, I have a population of students with diverse needs. This series includes lessons in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking as well as relates all to real life experiences and other content areas. As well, real, authentic literature ...

Goldilocks & Three Bears (Ladybird Read It Yourself)1 review

Ladybird Books, 1998

great illustration
Me and my two-year old son loved this book instantly, mainly because of great illustration. Other books in First Favourite Tales series aren't as good as this one. The story is somewhat changed from the one I remember from my chilhood but that's O.K. Maybe we loved the book so much because we already had fingerpuppets of the three bears and Goldilocks but I really do recomend it.

Picture Me As Goldilocks (Fairy Tale Series : Picture Me Books)2 reviews
Dandi Daley Mackall, Picture Me Books

Picture Me Books, 1997

The picture me books series is a great collection!
A very unique approach to narrating Golidlock's stories to your children. Not only do your children envision themselves as the main character (in this case, Goldilocks), but also the lesson or main idea is relayed direct to the point -- for young readers with simple minds. Instead of the original manner of relating Goldilock's story, it was revised to suit the young readers' comprehension ...

Alex Toys Finger Puppet Storybooks: Goldilocks and the Three Bears (Alex Toys Finger Puppet Storybooks)1 review
Alex Toys

L,B Kids, 2006

Interesting Book with Puppets
I think my child is too young to understand the puppets included, she does love the stories and the size of the book is nice, a bit larger and lots to look at! Maybe better for 3 - 3 1/2 year olds who get what the little felt puppets are? I would still buy it, however!

The 3 Bears and Goldilocks1 review
Margaret Willey

Atheneum, 2008

Fresh Take on an Old Story
I bought this book because I have a soft spot for artist Heather Solomon, who illustrated my first children's book. And the art IS wonderful. Solomon's signature mixed-media style lends itself particularly well to things like bear fur and tree bark, key ingredients in The Three Bears and Goldilocks. What's more, this retelling manages to shed new light on a well-known story without stretching to ...

Cass Goldilocks & Three Bears-Apov (Another Point of View)1 review
Alvin Granowsky

Steck-Vaughn, 1995

My 2nd grade loved this book!
My second grade students loved this book. Children get tired of hearing the same old boring stories told over and over again. So, when I said that I had found a different version of the story, they were all ears. They laughed, but i still think that they liked the original better....

Goldilocks (Kismet Romance)1 review
Judy Christenberry

Meteor Publishing Corporation, 1991

great out-of-print book!
Christenberry does a splendid job of getting you to care about the main characters. Great plot development spiced w/ humor and wit. The characters have their own initial reasons to pretend that they're dating -- she wants to get rid of a fiancee whom her parents seem to love (the parents just want their only daughter married and taken care of), and he has a business merger he want to pull off ...

Goldilocks and the Three Bears (Finger Puppet Theater)1 review

Scholastic, 1997

very sweet/cute retelling of story
very funny/ cute retelling of story. my kids loved acting out the different puppet roles. the illustrations were very cute. there were very good moral points like rudeness, greed, cleanliness demonstrated in the book. my kids love reading it over and over again and acting out their parts with the puppets, almost like a play.

3 Comedies: Mary, Mary; Goldilocks (in collaboration with W. Kerr); and King of Hearts (in collaboration with ...1 review

Crest, 1964

How to Get Divorced When You Don't Really Want To
If all you know of Jean Kerr is PLEASE DON'T EAT THE DAISIES then this will come as a surprise. As a play, with the wonderful pairing of Barbara Belle Geddes and Barry Nelson, it ran for a very long time and should, like the FANTASTiCKS simply be given a little theatre to be on permanent representation. I saw it so many times I'm sure the cast became weary of my stopping the show by routinely ...

Goldilocks and the Three Bears (Beginner's Activity Book Series)1 review
John Green, Victoria Fremont

Expressive. Beautiful illistrations.
This was the most enjoyable Goldilocks I have ever read. It is short yet tells the whole story, with expression and the sweetest pictures, with wonderful details.
