Glad I ordered this book
The recipes in this book are very good. The oven-fried chicken was a hit with my brothers who love the deep-fried stuff. I was expecting more recipes of common everyday dishes, but what I got was a mix of recipes for comfort foods as well as gourmet type dishes I had never heard of. Wish I had more time to cook using these recipes!

The Self Treatment Guide
This is an excellent book. The author explains in very clear terms, instructions on how to detect trigger points in various parts of our bodies and the various methods of massage. I zeroed down on the chapter for hands as I was buying this book as a gift for someone who has trigger thumb. You may be a bit put off by the medical terms but don't let those stranger terms deter you. The clear ...

Great stories of Hope!
Great, inspiring book! Unlike the first book, 'Louder Than Words: A Mother's Journey in Healing Autism' this book isn't filled with lots of facts and information, (read the first book for this). 'Mother Warriors' is mostly filled with stories from moms that helped their Autistic children get better. Story after story of how different treatments helped their children recover from Autism. Very ...

Using soul communication to help others
I just finished this book and I am pleased that I was able to apply what I learned right away. I was at an event the other day and I saw and old friend whose wife looked as though she was a bit sad. I eventually spoke with her and found out that her beloved dog recently died. She was experiencing a lot of grief. A little later I had the idea to silently ask the soul of her dog if he had a message ...

Comprehensive
With over five million copies sold, this book is one of the most read texts on nutritional health. I say "text" because it measures in at a good inch and three-quarters thick. Written by a certified nutritionist and a bona-fide MD, it is neatly divided up into three parts. Part I, a quarter-inch thick discusses the basic principles of health and nutrition. This section lists and explains the ...

I received this cookbook as a gift from my mother, and it has been a total lifesaver for me. I have a very picky husband (a total meat & potatoes- no veggies guy) and a picky toddler to feed. The BEST of the kid friendly GFCF cookbooks!
I have bought 5 different GF/CF books in the last two months for my child who is on the "spectrum". It is not easy to switch to a new diet especially when you have a fussy/picky eater. This book has proven to be the best book that I've bought. The recipes are simple, good, and so far successful! The nutritional information on each recipe is definitely a lot of help including the allergy ...

When I heard the term "clean eating" I knew it was something I wanted to do but was not sure how to start. This book was just what I needed. The recipes sound interesting and the pictures are beautiful and tempting. I was tired of all the other 'fad' diets' and just wanted something 'more normal'. This is it. I look forward to starting this lifestyle. It is doable and not another crazy ...

Now that's what I like - diet recipes that are also tasty!
The recipe book and its companion paperback guide make it easy to sort out where all the "sugar" and "fats" are hidden in the prepared foods at the grocery store so you can make healthy decisions according to your own needs. The recipes are good - some a bit too fancy for our tastes - but all can me modified with the foods and spices on the lists that you like. We've also found several new ...
