Big Book of Fashion Illustration: Sourcebook...
I am thoroughly enjoying this book. It's well done- nice reproductions, comprehensive and contemporary. It's exciting to see Fashion Illustration still alive and well (if not used very much in USA). Nicely organized. My only hope is to be included in the next installment (Here that Martin Dawber!!!). Completely satisfied with my purchase.

Wicked Cool
I love this book. I bought it as an impusle buy but I can't stop flipping through it. Lots of inspiring artwork. My only complaint is that the artist's blurbs were for the most part unsatisfying. They sounded like something the artists release en masse to their publicists. I would have liked to hear more about how they work and their techniques. But I guess they can't give away all their ...

Beautiful Fashion Illustrators
To all the aspiring fashion designers, illustrators, and hipsters... this is a beautiful book to own. I love it so much, it is such a great look at how fashion designers see their creations. Art can be anything, even a sketch of what you think people should wear. I highly approve of this purchase, along with a new pair of shoes.

A Creative High Point
I found Illustration Play very inspiring. While the hand of the artist is clearly evident in the included work, it brings a warm handmade aesthetic that is not just another gimmicky contrived DIY style, but the real deal. Good solid work throughout.

Great Expose
It needed more coverage on Italian Moda. But the whole expose is great. I would recommend it. Great approach to the new and the classic.

Excellent resource & eye candy.
This book is currently being used as our "unofficial textbook" in my illustration class. A very good overview of illustration careers and practices. Also, this book is great eye candy. I've been inspired to experiment a little more based on the different types of illustration in this book. Excellent for art students and those considering careers in illustration or graphic design.

I have enjoyed and used Larson's previous offerings of illustrations and was pleased he was bringing out another, but I find many of these are already in other books. It is massive which is a plus and a negative; it's a lot to dig through.

Help from a master servant of the Master
We all need a good story. We need to people our exposition with the concrete. The listeners hope to hear the words "there was this man that... or I am told that ...", knowing that the preacher is using a storehouse of wisdom. Preaching is not about one's own special story, but about clearly and in an entertaining manner telling our shared experience and needs. This type of book is a must for all ...
