Excellent introduction to KB exercises
I've been a powerlifter for many years (use dumbbells occasionally too) and recently have become interested in kettlebells and how they work the body uniquely. This handbook is small, sturdy, and handy (fits easily into your workout bag) and is a thorough and excellent introduction to kettlebell exercising. I found that it describes the basic movements and forms in reasonable detail and also ...

Drop the years
My wife and I became interested in Kettlebell fitness techniques and decided we would give it a try. I ordered this for my wife who was over the age of 60. She has always been in fair physical condition, not a fitness freak but also not a couch potato. After a couple of weeks of this exercise plan the difference in her body and sense of well being was obvious. After about six months, she ...

Learning from this book
This book is an excelent introduction to exercising with kettlebells, that is what the name of the book sugests and what Pavel delivers. I didn't think there is lots of filler information in it and I appreciate the pictures showing the correct and wrong way to do the movements. The exercises are completly diferent from barbells and they can carry you a long way. I have been doing the swings for ...

There is a lot of information in books and on the internet about training with Kettlebells. However, we believe that our program will properly introduce those new to Kettlebells with a foundation that will reduce the risk of injury. Our Beginner program, which we use with all of our new clients, develops the platform ...

One book is all you need...
I bought this book two years ago and have been using kettlebells since then. This book gives the "basics" of kettlebell training, the presses and the "explosive" movements: snatch and clean and jerk. These exercises are simple, but effective. The book does do a good job of explaning them. Using the exercises found in this book an individual can train effectively for years.

Excellent material on kettlebell exercises
I'd seen one of my instructors with this book and decided to get it. I take classes and needed a little help in polishing up my techniques. This book is excellent! It has the exercises organized from Basics to the different types of exercise(push, pull, core and leg) as well as the level of difficulty for each exercise. The pictures are in color and very easy to follow. There's also a ...

Excellent to the point reference
I really like this book because it is a mere 128 pages or so and it is very to the point in style. The exercise explanations and photos are clear and concise. There is very little wasted text in this book and it reads very quickly so you can spend more time exercising! Highly recommended!
