Eating less because of this book.
oh. my. gosh. this actually works. I read the book 2 days ago and have listened to the CD 2 mornings in a row and my food intake is substantially less than before. The appetite suppression was immediate. The book showed me how to recognize emotional hunger pangs from physical hunger pangs - and being able to differentiate gives me quite a bit of control over when I eat. The book has set me free ...

Excellent Reference and Technical Refresher
I bought this Kindle book thinking it would be nice to have a little reference of conversion units handy, and then neglected it for several weeks. Today I opened it up and what a surprise!! WOW! This is a great little book, filled not only with conversion units for virtually every imaginable unit of measure, but it is a great refresher for a myriad of technical principles. It is filled with ...

A must have for any codependent.
This book changed my life. I share this book with everyone, whether I think they are codependent or not, simply because the information and tools are so incredibly helpful and healing. Not only did the material help me gain insight to my own behaviors, but it also made me feel understood and not alone in my problem. There is so much here that I will read this book over and over.

I love to read stories that actually happened. Blood, Sweat, and Tea: Real-Life Adventures in an Inner-City Ambulance The memories of a British Ambulance Driver. Stories are true and some are quite whimsical.
Utopia

Utopia is acclaimed all by itself
The work begins with written correspondence between Thomas More and several people he had met on the continent: Peter Giles, town clerk of Antwerp, and Jerome Busleiden, counselor to Charles V. More chose these letters, which are communications between actual people, to further the plausibility of his fictional land. In the same spirit, these letters also include a specimen of the Utopian ...

Deserve a place in any traders' library
When I read through page#97, my first thought is this book will rank as high as the Remini of a stock operator and two market wizards book. Now I am in page#179 and I still think so. This is one of the best trading books I read in the recent five years. I was a history and war buff, the one thing I notice is that a thick detail history or biography books often are not as good as books that ...

A truly heartbreaking memoir
Night is an absolutely heartbreaking memoir. It short and it is simple. The writing does not flow lyrically and is unembellished. The truth is that none of this matters. The voice of Wiesel....the voice of a man who has suffered loss, pain, and suffering that is incomprehensible to anyone who has not been in his position....makes this book what it is. He writes not only with his own voice, but ...

Great to see Jackie again! I miss her show "Workout"!
I have just started reading this book, but I am already intrigued. It seems like a very straightforward way of eating clean and exercising consistently. As I already eat very clean, that part wasn't unfamiliar or hard for me. I need more motivation for the exercise part, and even that is broken down well. I like Jackie and I miss her show. I feel she really knows her stuff when it comes to ...

Very good resource
This book is great. It has many good photos of the moves and plenty of workouts for each part of the body. It also has several workout routines and the text is informative. The only complaint I have is that the authors could have improved the book tenfold by citing specific parts that each exercise works, such as "this is particularly good for developing the upper chest area" or something to that ...

The Happiness Project
This book is written in very American language, for example the meaning of words such as "hokey" have to be extrapolated from the text. To an Englishwoman the phrase " I searched my bedroom for more crutch supports " gave pause for thought! Apart from that it is well written and very easy to read. This book is a fascinating insight into the every day life of someone living in New York. I ...

This book I believe all cultures should read, it is a very touching story. Harper Lee is a great writer, I can see why she was awarded the Pulitzer Prize. The Story takes place in the State of Alabama. The Girl who narrates the story is very smart and also strong, I admired her capabilties along with her brother Jem. They take you on adventures throughout the whole book. The plot takes ...
