Excellent introduction and reference to Wicket
I began using Wicket a number of weeks ago, and could easily see from the lack of consistent online documentation, that I'd need a book for the more complicated aspects (such as Form components) and some mundane ones (like localisation). This one proved to be a good choice of book. I started with a rough idea of how things are constructed, but I've learned alot since that I've been able to apply ...

A miracle: an excellent primer and reference on blogging
This is a truly remarkable book. It is both a detailed primer for weblog novice and serves well as a reference for the experienced blogger or one desiring to attain that level. Stauffer's organization of his material is unusually well structured. He begins at the very beginning: what is a blog, why you might want one and so one. Then there's a walk-through of four different blogging platforms, ...

A must read for all
Imam Zaid Shakir is one of the most brilliant thinkers of our time. His writings prove to be a source of clarity in a time of confusion for both Muslims and non-Muslims alike. It is quite rare to find an individual who is well versed in both the Islamic and the Western traditions. In Scattered Pictures he has compiled some of his most thought provoking essays from the past few years. He has dealt ...

Face-to-Face Is Not Enough
Between 7:00pm and 1:00am is a good time to get answers to a health care system moving from the traditional office face-to-facing with doctors to self-managed lay medicine online. A good way to surf these Internet health and medical resources is by signing up with a computer network, such as America Online, CompuServe, Delphi, eWorld, Genie, Microsoft Windows 95, Prodigy, The Well, or Women's ...

I loved this booklet. It is small, but stuffed with lots of content, and was very well outlined and written. It is a guide for anyone who wants to quickly get a feel for online communities, participating in online communities, building a real presence in online communities, or marketing through online communities. It is broken into six parts: 1. The basics [1-4] 2. Welcome to MySpace [5-13] ...
