All Together Dead
This book was every bit as good as the others, maybe better. I just love Sookie Stackhouse, hope the series never ends.

Well it is not bad, however it didnt keep me at the edge of my seat wanting more. I did like the sex scenes. But other than that it was just ok for me.

A new world for me
I have just discovered a new world, and I like it! I normally don't read books like this and I am sorry I didn't delve into this world sooner! I had read the Twilight series (it was a gift, I wouldn't have even bothered if it was me picking out reading material) and I liked it, but it was written for young adult so there was a lot of teenage angst in it. I was looking at recommendations and I ...

The Accidental Time Machine is a blast
This is the modern version of H.G. Well's Time Machine. Except the scientist happens to discover time travel by accident. A very interesting look into the future. Well written and a definite page turner.

Can't put it down
I'm not one for writing reviews, so I'll just say I really like this series. Jack Campbell has been able to describe enough detail that I can see the scenes playing out in my mind. I can't wait for the last 2 books to come out.

Vampires,Were's and Witches!!
I never thought I would enjoy this series, but right from the first chapter of book 1, I was hooked!! This is not the kind of book I would ordinarily buy, but book 1 was given to me by a friend. she had not read it & said she bought it by mistake. I happened to open it up when I had nothing else to read & "BAM" I was hooked!! I find Sookie an absolute delight. I love reading about each & every ...

The magic sizzles! The future is bright for Ilona Andrews!
Futuristic Atlanta: magic wreaks havoc in the city and citizens, human and supernatural alike, prepare for the dreaded phenomena when magic and technology refuse to co-exist and continually fight for dominance. It is a world where you wake up each day not knowing if you'll be able to start your car due to the magic fluctuation or, for those who possess magical powers, your spells will fail when ...

Writes like David Webber used to write
I'll keep this short. This is the first "couldn't put it down" book I've read in a long time.

Series keeps getting better and better
In the latest installment of the Mercy Thompson series, we find Mercy, a walker who can turn into a coyote, in more trouble. During a night out with some friends, Mercy receives a call from her mentor Siebold Adelbertsmiter, better known as Zee. It turns out that someone has been killing the fae, so Zee enlists the help of Mercy, hoping that her nose might pick up the scent of the killer. The ...

Vampires and Werewolves and Demons....Oh My!
"Like most people that own their own businesses, I work long hours that start early in the morning. So when someone calls me in the middle of the night, they'd better by dying. "Hello, Mercy," said Stefan's amicable voice in my ear, "I wonder if you could do me a favor." Stefan had done his dying a long time ago, so I saw no reason to be nice." Stefan is Mercy's vampire friend. If you could ...

Sookie Stackhouse rides again!
Charlaine Harris has created some of the most interesting characters you'll ever hope to meet in her Southern Vampire series starring Sookie Stackhouse and a supporting cast as varied as any you could imagine. I was hooked after the first one and eagerly await each installment. You'll laugh out loud on one page and cringe on the next. I recommend this series without hesitation. Entertaining & fun.
Courageous (The Lost Fleet, Book 3)

ruffled around the edges
Though extremly well written and graphically depicted beyond all expectations, i did find that much of what happens in the book must be simply accepted. For instance, HOW BIG are some of these ships, compared to actual objects, foot ball stadium? and is there artificial gravity or do they float around inside the ships. What's the propulsion system? does it have a name, is it gravity fed, ect, ...

Great vampire series
Definitely Dead (Southern Vampire Mysteries, Book 6) Charlaine Harris really knows how to write a book, if you like your vampire series with a bit of humor you will like these books, if you like your mysteries with a bit of what we call "Woo Woo" (in other words weird stuff) then you'll like Ms.Harris's Southern Vampire series and if you find you like it find the rest Sookie Stackhouse is a ...
