A must for any Breyer collector
I have used each edition of this book as my Breyer Bible. It keeps getting better with each edition and is very well formatted. Lots of great information on the molds / models as well as up to date values. And the photos are incredible. I wouldn't be caught without it!

A guide to dating costume jewellery
In "Collecting Costume Jewelry 101", Julia Carroll provided a guide to the main makers of (American) designer costume jewellery, which would allow a beginner to get some idea of what is on offer before going out into the market. In the sequel to this book, "Costume Jewelry 202", Carroll starts by assuming that her readers have already started their costume jewellery collections and then proceeds ...

Great except index & table of contents
Best book out there for dealers of depression glass, but they forgot a usable index or table of contents. To make matters worse, some patterns are alphabetized as No. ###. No index of alternate names (some patterns have 3 or 4 commonly used names). The table of contents is the same as the alphabetical listing by page, totally useless. The official company name is the pattern name it is ...

Gene Florance...THERE IS NO OTHER!!
Gene Florance is, I think, the best person to go by, when it comes to depression glass and collectible glassware. his books are like the bible to me. one of the best things about Gene's books, they are easy to follow and the pictures are AWESOME! I'm a better person to compare pictures than try to read what someone is telling me. so thats why, I dont leave home without him/it!

Hot Cottage Collectibles
This book is one of the most beautiful and informative books I have ever seen in all my 30 years in business. It not only shows you the item but it shows the customer how to decorate with the items in a real cottage environment. The book is not just for dealers of antiques and collectibles, but anyone who is interested in decorating there own home. The quality, of this book, shows how ...

Essential reading to identify and know arrowheads.
This 223 page's book is an excellent introduction to the world of prehistoric amerindian projectile points and arrowheads. In some very nice photos and inscriptions you could find the "keys" to what you collect, their relative prices, regional classification and chipping techniques. A simple and practical relation describes the U.S. materials used to make arrowheads and blades including all ...

Reading this was more fun than slicing open a taun-taun
I bought this book awhile ago and also bought "Tomart's Price Guide to Worldwide Star Wars Collectibles" by Steve Sansweet. I found the super collectors wish book to be the better of the two. Far better. This book is easy to read, up to date and has sections that are in colour. The Sansweet book is none of that. This is the better of the two books to spend your hard earned republic credits on. I ...
