The World Weaver7 reviews
Craig Etchison

Commonwealth Pubns Inc, 1995

Wonderful Book!
The World Weaver - first book in the World Weaver Trilogy - is a wonderful, fast paced fantasy adventure involving a group of high school kids. A quick enjoyable read for anyone between the ages of 12 and 16, though a teacher I know says many of her high school seniors pick this as their favorite book. Larkin, an apprentice world weaver with extraordinary powers, is faced with the daunting task ...

Pain Grows a Platinum Rose7 reviews
Georgie Martorano

Commonwealth Pubns Inc, 1997

boy filled with pain and courage lives the street life
i enjoyed reading about a lonely boy with a big heart growing up on the rough city streets. Even though he suffered a lot of pain, there was always an innocence, a trust and belief that good will always overcome bad, and love wins over evil. written by someone who's been there and done that makes for true to life reading. I recommend this heart-warming story and know you will enjoy it.

Give me more!
A friend loaned me a copy of this book and before I was more than a couple of pages into it I was hooked. I liked it so much I rushed to see if there were any others by this writer. This is one of the best books I've read. It's so good that I've read it twice. If anyone wants to take a chance on a new writer, this is the one. You'll be hooked like me and wanting more.

David Glueck

The Last One - Enjoy
Unfortunetly, Mr. Glueck passed away last year. This was his first book and while everyone was looking forward to it's sequel, we'll have to be content with just this one book.

Really understand the "Mormon" Lifestyle -- and the pain of young widowhood
Have you ever wondered about those "Mormons"? What they are really like? Have you been told strange things about them by your pastor, and seen their young men going door to door in their white shirts with little nametags with their Books of Mormon? Well, they do put their pants on one leg at a time, just like other folks, and they do have normal lives -- in a way. But within their society and ...

Black Samaritan is an incredible page turner. The pace, the lush descriptions, the tension, all held my interest from the beginning to the very end.

In the Name of Help12 reviews
Diane Klein

Commonwealth Pubns Inc, 1997

Awesome Book
Hey, I actually know the author, she is very awesome. She told me how much she she had to work and research to get the correct information and data. I thought that it was very true in a very frightening way. I think everyone should know of the evil the pshciatrists are spreading around, saying they are 'helping' people. Diane Klein does just that and I commend her for sticking a foot out to ...

Thankfully . . . something different
If you're tired of the typical thriller/mystery paperback rehash, give this one a read. Refreshingly original and very well written. Impressive that this is Mr. Oglesby's first book (or so I believe). Look forward to the next one.

LA Esmeralda5 reviews
Emma Galvan

Commonwealth Pubns Inc, 1997

fascinating story with great psychological depth
For me, La Esmeralda reads like a thrilling novel. It is more remarkable still, because the events in the book are factual. I found the characters to be multidimensional and alive as I turned each page. There is food for thought here for counselors and for victims of abuse. Sophia, the main character, is abandoned as a child and physically and psychologically abused. It is amazing that she ...
