An Army Counterintelligence Officer for over 26 Years
An excellent history of Army Counterintelligence from infancy to the Cold War Era. I found the book very informative, especially the unclassified details of the organization and structure of Army Counterintelligence over the past decade. The author should write another book on how Army Counterintelligence has changed due to the War on Terror. The author provides a wealth of pictures that ...

Outstanding work
The Authors and Editors of this book have really put together an outstanding piece of work that should not only be extremely useful to military and civilian trauma surgeons but will also stand alone as a document to the incredible work being done in the current conflicts. The Employment of Negro Troops (Hardcover) (United States Army in World War II)

Dept. of the Army, 1966
Absolutely the best and most useful book I have ever read
Written by Ulysses Lee, a young black captain, from 1947-1951, Army waited 13 years until 1964 to publish and never publicized widely. However, to its credit Army had to conclude that it simply was too good to ignore.Reissued in 1994 by the Chief of Military History. Scholarly and beautifully written, Lee succinctly explains and documents without bitterness or rancor racism in America, with ...

History behind the Scenes
Having just audited a course for college ROTC students, with this book as the text, and being a military history buff, I was enlightened by the history behind the history that this book brings to the fore. It is a wonderful resource.

A great evaluation of the Black 24th Infantry
I am of the age that I knew many of men of the 24th. I have heard them tell how they were singled out and maligned. My brother-in-law died in Korea because of white officers incompetence and white troops buging out. Finaly a good reviw of all of the troups.

Not for the layman.
This is a concise and well organized manual for the most common types of trauma encountered in a war zone or other similar civilian disaster. It explains in technical, medical jargon the procedures for treating such wounds in a safe and efficient manner. A manual for medical professionals who may need trauma care instructions in the future. I am baffled at the list price of $100 since I ...
