ABA LSAC Official Guide to ABA-Approved Law Schools, 2003 (Aba Lsac Official Guide to Aba Approved Law ...2 reviews

Law School Admission Council., 2002

Hands down the best resource for Law School information
If you're applying to law school (or are thinking about it), and you only get one book to research American Law Schools, get this one--trust me. You get four pages on every ABA approved law school (which are, really, the only schools one should be concerned with--with very few exceptions). Two pages of stats listing nearly all of the valuable information that you want to know, and also lots of ...

Aba - Lsac Official Guide to Aba-approved Law Schools 2007 (Aba Lsac Official Guide to Aba Approved Law ...5 reviews

Law School Admission Council, 2006

Essential to applying to law school
I used this book 6 years ago when I was applying to law school. The hard part about applying to law schools is that only a few people actually know anything about a particular law school's quality or reputation. Rankings do not help in making any meaningful distinctions between schools and actually can actually hurt the applicant in selecting a school as he may overlook a great law school simply ...

ABA LSAC Official Guide to ABA-Approved Law Schools 2004 (ABA LSAC Official Guide to ABA Approved Law ...1 review

Law School Admission Council., 2003

Very good reference resource.
This book has the statistics and brief explanations on about the 180 law programs. It is a very good reference for the hard facts on the programs that one is interested in. It has a very useful admissions matrix (the probability of being admitted given one's GPA and LSAT score) in almost each school's profile.

The Official LSAT PrepTest 544 reviews
Wendy Margolis

Law School Admission Council, 2008

Best Bet
I took a prep course prior to taking my LSAT for the first time in December 2008 using mostly older LSATs as study/prep material. Big mistake. There seems to have been a major change to the test somewhere in the early to mid 2000's. The newer tests are much harder than the old tests, as if the old tests are sort of a mock up of what an LSAT would look like. By the time I got to the actual test, I ...

The Official LSAT PrepTest 521 review
Wendy Margolis

Law School Admission Council, 2007

Must-have for LSAT prep
This is the earliest of the available LSAT exams that follows the current format, including the comparative reading comp question and just one writing prompt (framing an argument given a choice between two alternatives). I would definitely recommend getting at least a few of the recent LSATs (exams #52 and up) to supplement your preparations with other books.

The Official PrepTest 561 review
Law School Admission Council

Law School Admission COuncil, 2009

Completely essential
This, along with the other official prep tests, are completely essential to preparing for the LSAT. Practicing on these tests was exactly like taking the exams (which makes sense because they are old exams).

The Next 10 Actual, Official LSAT PrepTests (Lsat Series)25 reviews
Wendy Margolis

Law School Admission Council, 2007

Very helpful
Don't diss these older tests just because they are older. Each individual test was very beneficial and having 10 tests for $20 is much better than buying the single $8 tests the LSAC are peddling now. :)

LSAT Official Tripleprep Plus5 reviews

Law School Admission Council, 2001

Best Source You'll Find
So I bought a few of the Kaplan-type books, and while they offer strategies, I tend to just want the real deal and work on my own. For all the future LSAT-takers out there, the best study method I can prescribe is getting old tests and taking as many as possible. Everyone does things differently, and this is the best way. The book shows a few answers for each type of question and describes how ...

The Official LSAT PrepTest: Number 43 (Official LSAT PrepTest)1 review
Wendy Margolis

Law School Admission Council., 2004

My Favorite So Far!
In contrast to _The Official LSAT PrepTest 42_, which started in such a strong and entertaining fashion, only to peter out midway through, and this title's sequel _The Official LSAT PrepTest 44_, which lacks the focused coherence that makes the best titles of this series without peer, _The Official LSAT PrepTest 43_ manages to get everything just right. Other reviewers may disagree, but I think ...

Official LSAT Preptest 581 review
Law School Admission Council

Law School Admission Council, 2009

Nice and CURRENT!
if you are prep'n for LSAT and tight on cash...save your pennies to put toward the most recent lsat preptest's! I was able to purchase most tests from 28-58 and there is a big difference between older and more current tests, well at least in my opinion! I say if you are testing in 2010 you should really try to purchase 48 forward or at a min. purchase 55 forward. The more preptests you work ...
