Excelente guide!
This is a great book on how guitar players can engage in the wonderful world of computer music. It's all there: hardware config tips, sequencers, plug-ins, song structuring, sampling, etc. The communication style of Mr. Vincent is very easy to follow and the text is written with a nice dose of humour. Very up-to-date as well. Strongly recommended.

Worth more than the price I paid!
I work as a computer professional, so my viewpoint may be skewed, however, I believe that this book is fantastic. I needed to learn how to use Frontpage in a very short time, and this book helped me to figure out the functionality of the software, and to dive into deeper waters. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to learn Frontpage on the fly.

Key to the front door of Java
I was having difficulties in my Java course and needed help getting through the front door. This book gave lots of examples of code and even explained the details of it. Most importantly, it was easy to read and didn't loose me with lots of technical jargon. I highly recommend this book as a good stepping-stone to building a good understanding of Java.
