Rascacielos: Skyscrapers, Spanish-Language Edition1 review
Antonino Terranova

Numen, 2004

!Muy Bien!
I bought this book for my husband for Father's Day as he is fascinated with skyscrapers. However, he is from Mexico and although he speaks excellent English, he enjoys reading in his native Spanish. I have searched hi and lo for a book about skyscrapers in Spanish, to no avail, until now! The pictures are fabulous and the information is great too.

David Se Mete En Lios (Coleccion Rascacielos)2 reviews
D. Shannon

Topeka Bindery, 2004

Perfect book for teaching Spanish to kids
I teach Spanish to a class of ten 6 year-olds and this book held their interest week after week. It is highly entertaining and there is never more than one sentence per page. It provided us with vocabulary that we studied and used in other situations. I wish every book by David Shannon were translated into Spanish but we've only got David goes to School (David va al colegio) and David gets in ...

Tito, Tito, Rimas, Adivinanzas y Juegos1 review

Editorial Everest, 1998

My Kids Love It!
This book is full of rhymes and riddles in Spanish for young people. It also has a songs section (w/o the written music) with the lyrics to songs like Los Pollitos and Don Gato. I teach Spanish and use it at school - but it has also encouraged my own 9 y.o. to improve her reading in Spanish.

No, David! (Spanish Language Edition)168 reviews
David Shannon, Teresa Mlawer

Everest Publishing, 1999

Spawn of Something Awful!!
Note: Cyber stalkers at work! Pathetic, aren't they? At least David does mischief in innocence. Cyber stalkers are vicious cowards!! At the end of the day-- all day-- do you wonder, really, whose children are in your house? Those can't be MY children! MY children would be much quieter, less rambunctious, and certainly models of good behavior. What child has sharp, pointed teeth--the better ...
