Outstanding!
RIGHTEOUS REVENGE is an exciting murder/mystery that will captivate and hold any reader's interest. It is well written and the plot is guaranteed to give you goose bumps. There are many twists that send the reader on a quest to see if they are correct at fingering the killer. The pages seem to turn themselves. Twin sisters, Bethany and Andrea, are as different as night and day. But the ...

Hard to put down thanks to a riveting story
Well written and full of suspense. This is my first Stephen Hunter book, but it won't be my last! The story line is not predictable, in fact you'll be surprised at every turn!

Easily The Best Book I've Ever Read
The Count of Monte Cristo is far and away the best book I have ever read, and considering I read about a book a week, that is definitely saying something. I'm not going to give you another review of the storyline because there are probably a hundred others on here already so to do it again would seem quite pointless. What I want is to give people a couple of reasons why this book is so great. ...

Best book for any fan!
This is the best book for any fan of the movies. It explains things you'll never learn about on screen. From their weapons, to their clothes and why they need and have them, it makes sense of things that don't make sense. Good book!

AWESOME
WAS THIS A BOOK OR A MOVIE! For B.L.U.N.T.'S debut she put her foot in it, it's a damn good job. She had to know first hand what the street life entails. If you are into hustling, gun play AND gritty sex With a storyline that deals with love, revenge, betrayal, loyality, friendship and rare illness this is a MUST READ and just think there's a part two, you go girl!

"Give me liberty or give me death, Zogwarg Queen!"
No matter how many times I read them, I can never get tired of Calvin and Hobbes. They're funny, creative, and are always getting into some sort of hijinx that could just about get them grounded for life. "The Revenge of the Baby-Sat" offers such adventures as that in a funny and entertaining way. Calvin is always getting into trouble. Him and his stuffed tiger, Hobbes, are always faced with ...

Series is not for the faint of heart
A well-written, albeit gruesome, horror series, for kids who think it's great fun to be scared witless. The fourth and latest book (as of August 2008) is the darkest so far. There are a few too many creatures that want to suck human blood for my taste, but that quibble aside, all entries in the series so far are page-turners.

The beginning of a wonderful adventure...
Forgive me if my review runs a bit on the sappy side, but I grew up with Calvin and Hobbes, and I sometimes think they are among the best friends I've ever had. Bill Watterson's comic is gentle, sincere, and magical. At its core it is an examination of what it means to be human, and the value of friendship. Watterson's philosophy of the comic strip was that it should be based around characters ...

half mast, all great
In brief, this story is about a teenager, who after several years of torment (though "torment" is an understatement) at the hands of a bully/school football star, decides to get even in the most drastic way you can. He puts his plan in action a month or so before his tormentor is about to graduate and presumably leave his life for good. I was reminded of the Columbine shootists, who performed ...

Wan Keeper of a Pale Flame
Imagine that justice flees your homeland. Imagine fair play the faint dream of centuries, a spiritual aspiration carried like low flame into ever-present darkness. What if tending this flame became your inescapable duty? What if you alone held the last bit of light amidst bottomless evil? And what of your loved ones? What if they were carried off to hopeless incarceration for the mere whiff ...

Another excellent addition to an addictive series.
The Tomorrow series of books by John Marsden got me through High School (as a lucky New Zealander, I have had the books since the 1990's). I awaited every new instalment with excitement and trepidation. `Burning for Revenge' was no exception and it delivered everything I was hoping for and more. `Burning for Revenge' is a nice return to the action, gunfire and explosive situations after a more ...

Dead Certain to please mystery lovers...
In yet another gripping story of mystery, murder and British steeplechasing, Dick Francis continues his amazing streak of hit novels. His real appeal is not racing or mystery however, it is his ability to create characters who are admirable, honorable and self-reliant. If you're looking for troubled, self-loathers who "somehow" overcome their weakness and become unwilling and unwitting heroes, ...

Romance Communications reviews THE MAIDEN'S REVENGE
THE MAIDEN'S REVENGE is a superb swashbuckling romance. The dialogue is smooth and the plot in this adventure is very creative. The colorful descriptions make you feel as though you are sailing the high seas with Captain Thorne. Readers will enjoy watching the chemistry grow between Daniel and Lynnette. The scheme to hold Daniel for ransom becomes more complicated than Captain Thorne thought ...

when I first took out the book from my library I did not know what to expect. but from the first page on I was excited that I picked this book. very good vampire tales
I rather impulsively bought all three titles in this series, and am loving them. I found this one to be better than the first, and I can't wait to read the third. The sex is hot, the connections between the characters strong, and is everything I want in my vampire romances. I'll be watching this author, and indeed, have begun to check out more Ellora's Cave releases, since I think I have found ...

simply amazing
This is possibly the best book there is,about Bosnian war, it is completely unbiased and sincere. I looked for ways to explain my feelings about the whole situation and Savo couln't have done a better job, he's given me words for unexplained feelings. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys a good read, not just to people that experienced the same thing. It is just amazing, and humbling.

For so many years Ann Rule has been the reigning ruler of the true crime genre. Well she better watch her back because KC is poised to steal that crown. This is an excellent adventure tale. I am an avid reader and I absolutely loved reading the Knowland Retribution. Also, I am anxiously awaiting more books written by Richard Greener. I am purchasing three more copies today, which will make six copies I have purchased thus far. I keep giving my copies away because I think everyone should read this book!
