A Must Have Source
This book is, without question, a must have if you are using SalesForce.com. The content, the format and writing style are all fantastic. I wouldn't change one thing. And there was not one topic or tip that was left out. An Excellent Purchase. Thank you.

The best sales methodology I have seen....by far!
The DNA Selling Method is unquestionably unique. The fact that it is so simple does rather beg the question "why has someone not come up with this before?" It is designed specifically for the modern high-tech sales environment and I had my entire sales force read the book and go through the training. The difference has been staggering and the training is still fresh in our minds almost 12 ...

Great help for the new user.
I purchased several copies of the book for my sales team whose technical proficiency was across the board. While all of the material is covered in the online help available from Salesforce.com, several team members felt much more comfortable with a book that they could hold. It is a great help in getting all of the team members to use the same nomenclature which is the first step in any sales ...

Save your $2 for a better book
Well, it's 2 pages long. That is, if you count that it has extra large type in the title, large graphics, and a paragraph hawking his website as part of the "book". Overall it's really just a few vague paragraphs. Stupid me, I read a whole lot of the titles of these e-books and chose them based on the titles instead of trying one out first. I bought a bunch of them and there really are no new ...

A phenomenal work !!!!
An absolute must read for fans of Salesforce.com. Their best press release since going public, in my opinion, and much better than the free version available on the company's website.

Wisdom?
sf is a marketing machine. Their software is poorly documented (IMO) for anything beyond basics. Try their programming language (APEX) ... Wow - and not a good wow. Poorly documented. Beating head against wall is common. Then, you must write tests for your code. But there is only one example, and it doesn't work. SF is overrated IMO. I'm looking at other CRM. Great 'marketing' machine - but ...

You are better off emphasizing hiring the most talented rather than trying to improve the mediocre
Derek Gatehouse has spent more than 30 years working at every level of sales in many industries. This book distills what he has learned about what works in sales and what he teaches to his clients as CEO of Vendis, Inc. The foundational idea of the book is that there is no secret to sales that you can give to people without sales talent that will turn them into top performers. Instead, he ...

Finally!
This is the first book on negotation strategies that I have ever found that really addresses negotiation from the sales side. There is a full section in the book that completely defines and analyzes every possible buyer negotiation tactic, and then lays out the best seller counter-tactic to deal with it. Brilliant! I wish I had this years ago.
