Loved the book! Great recipes and practical tips
As someone who is aspiring to eat more natural and whole foods, I've often struggled with "processed" foods just being easier to grab and use. This books teaches you that it is just as easy to eat natural whole foods - you do not have to spend hours in the kitchen to eat healthy. So far, I've made her greek yogurt "sour cream" - - awesome! And, I've made a few variations of her vinaigrettes. ...

good reading, helpful information
I was particularly impressed with the use of studies, I assume peer reviewed, to give credence to the structure of the healing theory as suggested. I was left in the dark as to why the focus points were chosen. A little logical data there would have been welcome. This system is a lot like the EFT strategy, but may in the long-run be more effective at achieving "balance" in the human organism. The ...

Very Comforting and A Wonderful Way to show You Care
The individual meditations crystallized what went through my mind after a loved one was lost. It is hard to discuss with friends the feeling of being cheated by life, or the need to hold on to the lost persons dirty socks and dishes, used magazines etc just to keep all parts of them alive in your mind. This book does that and more. It shows that what you are feeling is not uncommon and gives ...

Like a breath of fresh air
Have you ever read a book and thought - "I have been waiting for this all of my life!" Well, that is exactly how I felt while reading this book. I bought copies for my friends and gave them as gifts. The book contains nothing really new - but the delivery is credible and thought provoking. I have gone on to read the two other books by the author and found them to be even better.

The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook
The book is very easy to use and very effective.I would recommend it to anyone that wants pain relief without the use of painkillers. My friend had neck pain for 25 years and is almost pain free by using this book. I have had pain relief from bad wrists that kept me from sleep and I couldn`t hold a cup of coffee without droping it. Now I am much better. I think you will be happy if you give this ...

Absolutely validated feelings I have had my whole life
After I went to a therapy session of "energy work" to find a reason for my depression and anxiety, I was suddenly in touch with many feelings of anger, frustration and disappointment from my childhood. I found this book at the library and read it in one afternoon. My therapy session with energy work was the take off point, but this book struck me to the inner core. I had no idea that my anger, ...

Beyond description
Zucker's work and the effects that "Earthing" had on me where to say the least DRAMATIC!...Body aches, lack of sleep, low energy and in particular depressed moods vanished within days after using the "magic" Earthing bed sheet described in the book. In brief, the marvels of the book and the bed sheet are, in my opinion, beyond description. H. Bernard Phillips

A Profound Work
I cannot praise Peter's work enough; it is absolutely brilliant and in my personal opinion, Peter Levine, for his initial insight into the fight/flight response of animals and how it relates to human trauma as well as the tremendous body of research and understanding he has built over 30 plus years, deserves to win the Nobel Peace Prize for the work he has accomplished thus far; as I believe ...
