THE best book for polymer clay techniques!
I have 3 books that I've purchased on polymer clay bead-making and this is the best one. Lots of easy-to-follow techniques and ideas for the serious bead-maker. I go back to this book time and time again for inspiration. Before you venture into using polymer clay for your jewellery, you must get this book first!

Well-worth purchasing!
I feel very lucky to have stumbled across this book while browsing through one of my favorite local bookstores. I am a seeker trying each day to develop my intuition, look within myself for answers, and feel the power of our Divine Creator flow through me. I am a strong believer in the mind, body, and soul connection and Dr. Orloff does an excellent job in this book explaining our energy ...

An excellent investment for the CP artist!
After having spent a great deal of money and time on other books which tend to just showcase only the artists work with little to no value to the budding colored pencil artist, finding this book made ALL the difference. My technique and understanding of the use of colored pencils for realistic painting has blossomed and I credit it to the extensive use of this book. It is not only a fine ...

Incredible book
I purchased this book for my mother who has had problems with back pain for years. She had been to the chiropracter, physical therapist and neurosurgeon with no improvement. After working her way through the book she is markedly improved. Wonderful pictures, easy to follow. I recommend it for all with this problem.

Great book
My son will read this in school this year in 6th grade, so I read it when we purchased it. I could not put it down. It was a great book. I will look for more by this author! I am also impressed by our school system - this story will give our 6th graders perspective on what real 'problems' are - not just the trivial things preteens and teens are usually concerned about.

One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way
I was fortunate enough to hear Dr. Maurer speak. He is an excellent speaker and I knew I needed to buy the book. It reenforced what he said and was easy to follow. I recommend it to anyone who is trying to make a change in their lives.

His Grandmother Taught Him Well!
Smart Women Finish Rich is a bit different from other financial books I've read. I have to admit I was surprised with how well David Bach addressed both the emotional and intellectual relationship women have with money. His grandmother taught him well. I am going to say that Smart Women Finish Rich is more for a financial beginner than a woman with financial savvy. It's a well thought out ...

Getting this guide is like hiring a personal trainer and mentor.
Yes, it's true that Amazon itself does a good job of being user-friendly for sellers, but for new-to-the-business folks like me, this is a terrific guide. It's like hiring a personal trainer who's at your side when you want her. It's like exercise--yes, you can do it all by yourself, but it does help to have that one-on-one expertise. Miller is organized, clear and concise and, she's got a ...

life-changing!
I got the 1979 copy of this book about 4 years ago on a recommendation from a therapist who saw that I was drifting along with no real goals. I had tried college twice before (by this time I was in my late 30's) and each time quit because I didn't know what I wanted to do or to be. The "college career center" was no help whatsoever. The test I took there had me taking courses for industrial ...

OK I HAD To Change The Title of This Review
I scanned the book, looked over the chapter titles, etc. I sat down and began to read. A catchy review title popped into my head, "Just ONE Problem". I continued to read. The Book is great. The style is easy to read. The chapters are well laid out. The scholarship is above average. I WAS going to say that it had just ONE problem, those who most need to read it are least likely to do so. ...

Very helpful
As a recent widow, I found my life at loose ends. This book was very helpful in validating some of the emotions I was going through, as well as giving practical suggestions on how to rebuild and make a new life for myself, alone now. I feel like I still have a long way to go in healing, but this book is one that I can refer back to as I run into new situations.

Recovery from G_d's point of view
This copy of G_d's Word has so many helps in it for those in a recovery group or attempting recovery on their own. By using the indexes in the back of this Bible, the reader can zero-in on the facets of each of the Twelve Steps and find an appropriate Scriptural principle. Each Step is illustrated by several passages in the Bible, along with commentary by Dr. Stoop. This is not a study Bible, ...

I wish I had this book years ago!
I wish I had this book years ago, when I adopted my own fearful dog! While it's a bit more easy to guide someone else through the process of rehabilitating a fear-bound hound, taking one on in your own life is a completely different story. As I read this book for the first time, I frequently stopped to wonder how easy my little journey from 6 years early would have been so much easier had there ...
