This one gets you excited for the rest of the books to come
I am reading the Harry Potter books in order and I can say that this is the best one so far. All 734 pages are perfectly written with new and exciting information on each. You will not get bored reading this book, and you will be up all night to see what happens next. In this Harry Potter adventure Harry is forced to deal with things that he may not be ready for. Between death and triumph Harry ...

Loved it
The way I judge a book is simple. It's not always about whether or not the characters as a whole are completely believable or realistic (I.E. Fire who's character isn't totally realistic but he fit this novel perfectly), although in some books that matters more than others. Also,it doesn't always have to be something I personally can relate to. I judge a book on whether or not I can get into the ...

Good Insight
I am not a teen anymore, but a decade ago, I was. I never went to a public school, or delt with teenage dating, drugs, suicide, sneaking around, or all of that drama. I purchased this for a special teen in my life who has had to go to public school and face all of that. I read it before I gave it to her, and I think I learned some things that enter into the "average teen's" life. I hope she ...

Very Good Book
This Book is awesome. It is an inspiring true story of how a young man turned his childhood dream or being involve in space exploration into a reality and the many trials and tribulations he encountered on his journey from rural, poor coal mining region of West Virginia to one of NASA's top rocketry experts. An excellent read for young people and old for it is never to late to follow ones ...

To me, it's a CLASSIC!
I have been an avid reader since the 5th grade, and at first, I didn't want to give ELLA ENCHANTED a chance because of the tacky cover illustration (of the girl in the green dress), but as they say, "Never judge a book by its cover." I finally gave in to reading this book - ordering it from one of those book orders that you get from school. I just want to say that I am now 23 years old and this ...

Laugh out loud
It's hilarious, it's random, it talks about things that either only physicists know about or don't exist (i don't know the difference), and it's so complicatedly mind blowing that sometimes i feel like the book is a motorcycle i'm riding, and it gets so weird i slide backwards and am hanging on by my fingertips. The only thing that keeps me from sliding right off is the wind blowing in my ...

Harry Potter #3 book on CD
This is the 3rd in the series that I have listened to. Jim Dale does an excellent job of reading and interpreting the Harry Potter books. You have a hard time believing all those voices are his!

A MUST READ FOR ALL...from author of EXPLOSION IN PARIS...
This book is a heart-wrenching, beautiful example of what God intended love between a husband and wife to be. Michael and Angel. Angel kept running away, feeling unworthy of love, only deserving the so-called love that the world showed her, which was empty and fake. Michael's character shows the reader true unconditional love and endless patience. This is a beautiful, heartwarming, touching ...

Don't think I've ever enjoyed a book more
The plot? Post civil war era ex-rangers leave a small Texas border town and drive a herd of cattle to Montana. That's pretty much it. So, why 900+ pages? Because, McMurtry develops his wonderful characters so beautifully that you feel you've known each of them for years. He takes you on the drive to Montana through unexplored country, and you feel as if you too are seeing it for the first ...

Speechless...
Although I read a lot of books, I am not one to write reviews. However, for this book, I will make an exception. I read For Laci in one day and was amazed. I picked up the book thinking it would be one of two things: either her mother telling all about Laci but neglecting the legal aspect or a documentation of the crime. I was pleasantly surprised that it was neither. In the first section, I ...

Best book in the universe!
I have read many, many, great books. Mossflower would totally be at the top of the list! I started reading it, and I just couldn't put it down! The plot and characters draaw you in, until you fell like you are in Mossflower woods, helping Martin, young Dinny, and Gonff find Salamandstrom. This book is amazing, and I definitely reccomend it for ages 6 and up!

My Favorite Series
This was my first book by Tamora Pierce I read and it's still my favorite. The characters are multidimensional and easy to relate to. I love that she continues characters across series, letting each new addition be another window into the world of Tortall. Great for all ages.

Book seller delivered on price, quality and shipping! If you need a gift for a graduate of H.S. or College, do not discount this whimsical writing from Dr. Seuss. While it may be appropriate for small children, this book is really meaningful for 17 to 24 year old young adults.

Why Does it have to End? By: Clancy Cruz
This last book of the series was so good. I could NOT put it down I finished this amazing heart pounding adventure in one day. There was sooo many jaw dropping moments especially at the end I was like I cannot believe they just ended it like that. I actually cried like more than 10 times just reading it. I actually fimished this book a long time ago but I could not help but write a review ...

Never Too Young to Learn to Read
Dr.Martin has demonstrated the beauty of repetition in developing vocabulary in young children. The colors will excite the toddler and instill a love of reading. His companion book, "Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear?" follows the identical technique. However, as a childhood educator, Dr. Martin should know that snakes do not have ears and cannot hear. But Eric Carle's hissing boa ...

Adorable and Witty!!
What a joy to read this novel! I laughed from the opening pages! Wrede has an adorable wit that seasons every page, laughing in the face of traditional fairy tales. Tradition and what's "supposed" to be done in the fairy kingdom is just not what our main character Cimorene wants to do. What starts out as a quest to be happy turns into a bit of a mystery for her and her dragon to solve and becomes ...

Was Hard to Get Through
This book was hard for me to get through because of its intensity at moments. I had to put it away for a bit and then returned to it. I'm glad that I returned to it in a way because I both loved and hated the ending. I cried, laughed, cringed, and was repulsed as I read this book. It is not the book for the faint of heart or those who get bored easily since there are some parts that are slow. ...
